An otherwise OK hotel with a few glaring flaws
First and foremost, the hotel is close to the Heavenly Village so it is extremely convenient if you don't want to walk very far.
With that said, I was here on an important trip therefore I needed access to the internet more than anything. The WiFi in this hotel beyond abysmal. I had a complaint about the WiFi and was contacted by the staff(via Expedia) that they had partnered with their cable company to make the WiFi better but in the 3 days that I have been there, it seemingly got even worse and to the point where I could not even access anything on my laptop, much less send an email. I had to rely solely on my phone's connection, which probably left a toll on my monthly bill. The hotel is also very barebones. The heaters are quite outdated, if not adjusted properly, will wake you up multiple times throughout the night. Even then, they are way too noisy when adjusted. The hotel also provides a hot tub which is a nice thing, but it is easily accessible by strangers who did not book a room(i.e. a drunk man who was always there whenever I went to the hot tub) which is quite unsettling as it leaves a sense of insecurity if you happen to be going with a child or significant other. Besides that, this hotel feels more like a motel or even an inn due to the cheapness. I would definitely not return and much less recommend it to anyone unless they improve on these aspects. There are only a handful of redeeming qualities to this so-called "hotel" but the negatives far outweigh them.
