Easy walk to the Heavenly gondola

This is a fun place. Nice decor friendly staff. But it is really a motel and you can hear your neighbors and feel them walking over head. We chose the "deluxe King" option but other than avoiding the ground floor and offering a small balcony I am not sure what made the room deluxe. There was nowhere to sit except in the one desk chair. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom small but clean. breakfast was a nice addition but some yogurt or hard boiled eggs would have been appreciated. We asked about the breakfast sandwiches to purchase but we're told they were out of supplies. When we tried to order a sausage we were told the cook wasn't available. Overall, it's a cool idea with a convenient location and fun decor.

Top bunk was a little squeeky, that's my only complaint. Great value and kids had a great time. Harveys nearby has a great arcade and Starbucks!

Up in Smoke

Pros: Nice room. Bar.
Cons: Be warned that a big development is under construction across the street. Any view of the mountain from the room with a balcony will be blocked.
It's a cute hotel very close to the gondola. However, the maid disturbed me early in the morning and then (in broken English) asked me if I wanted service. While is was in bed! Then the room didn't get made up until 5pm. When I left, I stripped the sheets (to make sure the next guest had a chance at a clean set) and saw a big brown/red stain on the sheets. I hadn't noticed it before. The bathroom also had a nice splotch on the wall. Also, the room next to me smoked so much pot that twice my room was like a weed sauna. I alerted the staff after the first incident and either she did nothing or they ignored her. M'ment never apologized or offered any remediation.

Nice hotel close to the strip

Hotel was nice and is dog friendly; so that's a plus for me. Grounds are ok and the rooms are nice. Bed was comfortable for me. The only two complaints I have is: 1. Was taking a shower and had no shampoo or body wash. Bottles were empty. Called front desk but housekeeping was gone so I had to go get them myself. No biggie. 2. Music!! Don't know where it was coming from but I could here the same tone music over and over while I was trying to go to sleep. I was right above the beer garden so it could have been that.

An otherwise OK hotel with a few glaring flaws

Pros: Distance from Heavenly Village and other tourist attractions.
Cons: Check the review for the details.
Location: There are a few scenic parks only 30-40 minutes in proximity if you have a car. Heavenly Village, Heavenly Resort, and the casinos are also near.
First and foremost, the hotel is close to the Heavenly Village so it is extremely convenient if you don't want to walk very far. With that said, I was here on an important trip therefore I needed access to the internet more than anything. The WiFi in this hotel beyond abysmal. I had a complaint about the WiFi and was contacted by the staff(via Expedia) that they had partnered with their cable company to make the WiFi better but in the 3 days that I have been there, it seemingly got even worse and to the point where I could not even access anything on my laptop, much less send an email. I had to rely solely on my phone's connection, which probably left a toll on my monthly bill. The hotel is also very barebones. The heaters are quite outdated, if not adjusted properly, will wake you up multiple times throughout the night. Even then, they are way too noisy when adjusted. The hotel also provides a hot tub which is a nice thing, but it is easily accessible by strangers who did not book a room(i.e. a drunk man who was always there whenever I went to the hot tub) which is quite unsettling as it leaves a sense of insecurity if you happen to be going with a child or significant other. Besides that, this hotel feels more like a motel or even an inn due to the cheapness. I would definitely not return and much less recommend it to anyone unless they improve on these aspects. There are only a handful of redeeming qualities to this so-called "hotel" but the negatives far outweigh them.

Convenient hotel next to Heavenly

This is a budget hotel, conveniently located next to the Heavenly Gondola. The lack of elevators are balanced by the complementary breakfast.

Excelente Hotel

Excelente hotel, es pequeño a comparación de los 3 hoteles grandes que hay en la zona. El servicio del personal es excelente, cuenta con desayuno el cual es suficiente. Las habitaciones son grandes solo la regadera pequeña. Tienen una alberca de agua caliente y tienen la facilidad para asar bombones en las fogatas. Está caminando a la góndola y a otros atractivos incluyendo muchos restaurantes. Enfrente del hotel pasa el camión para ir a Reno
