« I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible. »

« This cottage is adorable! Very clean and close to cute shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there and will be back. Easy drive to Hermann to shop, and enjoy wine tastings too. Had a hic-up, but the owners went above and beyond to do what they could. Very professional and helpful. This is a 5-star stay, all the way! »

There were two twin beds in the closets we used instead but there was no spare bedding or linens in the place. The only soap in the place was a hand soap. Nothing for showers. Only two towels. If you wanted to wash your hair or something you were out of luck. The only dresser or place to put things was broken with a sign saying not to touch it. We almost left...
