J'ai retiré une étoile pour le service et personnel puisque le lobby est un guichet en visio conférence, mais c'est une pratique qui semble très courante à Los Angeles. Très bon service malgré tout, nous avons passé un bon voyage et le logement était propre, dans un coin tranquille.
