« This property is perfection! The host of this property is doing the best of any VRBO we have ever stayed in! I always bring a “kit” with me when we stay in a short-term rental filled with stuff that isn’t usually provided by the host and I never even had to open it while we were there. A couple, but not all of highlights were there was Kleenex in almost every room, plenty of hangers in the closets, an iron AND a steamer, plenty of towels, hand towels and washcloths in the bathrooms, hand soap...

« Check in is 3PM, we arrived just before 3 and could not get into our condo because the cleaners were not there yet. We received an email letting us know that check in was moved to 4 30. After a long car ride this was very annoying. Also, there should have been more clarification for the THREE codes to get into the condo (gate, main door, door to condo) Finally, the drain in the large shower did not drain well. We called, i spoke to Wendy (I think that was her name) we had to wait 2 days for this...

« Was there for the weekend with my wife while I was at a coaching convention. We loved our stay, but there were some ants (not a big deal, we are in the wilderness, but would be good to have some ant spray handy) and it was pretty hot and stuffy the first night. It might be helpful to have an extra fan or to have the window unit running earlier in the day before we arrived. Maybe even add an extra window unit…ATX gets ridiculously hot. I never doubted that the hosts would have been accommodating...
