Great location which is just off the main drag enough to be quiet but close enough to make things walkable if you don't mind a hill. The recently renovated room accommodated the 4 of us fine. It was warm and the manager, who I saw once was helpful. And immediately provided the towels which were not in the room when I arrived. As a non American who did not have a phone plan to receive SMS in the US getting the door code was problematic as emails were not responded to to. The room was not serviced throughout my 5 night stay.
