Be aware - there is no air conditioning but we were informed prior to booking that there WAS AC. Kitchen and living room have been updated but bedrooms need an overhaul especially carpets, doors, and outside door (in one bedroom). Owners are reportedly in progress of updating. Curb appeal is awful with an overgrown lot on one side and a messy neighbor on the other. One positive is that the home is clean.Would NOT recommend until renovations are completed.
