« Enjoy being out on the covered deck during rainstorms. The property landscaping gave privacy and allowed our group to relax alone or with others as desired. No need to turn on the television as just looking out the windows or sitting on the decks provided live entertainment with the wildlife all around. « We were very pleased with all aspects of this rental. Host was pleasant and communicative, house was well maintained, updated, clean, well stocked, there was plenty of sleeping and bathing available for large parties, and the river location was superb! « It is a nice place in a great area but the 36 golf courses in not free like they say in line. You will need to pay the temporairy resident card for 50$ us if you want to play free executive golf courses. So I spended my time to talk with the owner to explain how to get the temporairy card because they have to fill a form. They didn't want to pay the 50$ US. »

The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible.
