Your lake vacation awaits at the Sunrise Suite! This waterfront condo features 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a screened in waterfront balcony, heater pool, and swim dock! Perfect for a relaxing day floating around in the cove. Plus a 12x28 boat slip available for rent! This complex has a prime location on Mile Marker 1, just minutes from all the excitement on the Bagnell Dam Strip. Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dining room table that seats four, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals! Living Room The living room features a large couch, chair, and a large flat screen TV situated over an electric fireplace. Master Suite The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, and a view of the lake. The master bathroom features a single vanity sink with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, and a bar-height work table. Bathroom 2 The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Outside Out on the screened in patio there is lots of seating to enjoy the views, including a large patio table that seats 4\. Neighborhood Description Lighthouse Landing is a condo complex on the northern shore of the Lake of the Ozarks. This complex is located at the 1 mile marker, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, boat and jet ski rentals and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. We loved that both bedrooms had king-sized beds and there were two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the beautiful weather. We did wish there was a switch for the patio light outside the door as we returned after dark and couldn’t see to enter the code. The switch outside runs the ceiling fan, but not the light. Also, a heads up: the lamp with corks in the bottom on the bedside table will not stay together. More than once it came apart.
