Located in Lake Ozark at the 12mm, you're minutes from top attractions on and off the water. Enjoy shopping at the Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace or explore boutiques in Lake Ozark. Dine at lakeside favorites like Baxter's Lakeside Grille or JB Hook's. Live music, boat rentals, and lakeside bars keep the evenings lively. • Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside  
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone  
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of  
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture  
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:  
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.  
  
Location Activities:  
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. Guests have full access to the unit and community amenities. Lake access.

One thing is there were no paper towels, and the trash bags did not fit the trash can. But overall, the stay was very fun and we all had an amazing time!

We had a great time while here. The condo is very nice. I do wish there were some light blocking curtains on the master patio access though. We did reach out to get the code to the tennis court but never heard back. We also could have used an extra roll of paper towels as only one roll was provided and we did have to buy some more. All in all it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.
