Come enjoy your own private location in this 4-bedroom two level home on Horseshoe Bend. Sitting on one acre of land, adjacent to five additional acres, this home offers RARE privacy and quiet, deep waters to enjoy all your water activities. A grand view of Workmen Hollow Cove is right out the living room sliding doors or from the deck which rings the entire home for unprecedented outdoor living space including patio furniture and an 8-person HOT TUB. Horseshoe Bend boasts one of the best, top-class areas of beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. The home is conveniently located at the 8 MM in Workmen Hollow cove in beautiful Horseshoe Bend area. There are many restaurants close to the home on and off the water including golf courses and many other attractions close by. The home itself has four bedrooms, which includes a large “family-sized” bedroom that sleeps 4 people with two twin and one full-sized bed for families with young children to sleep together, or just for stuffing all the kids in one room! Most of the bedrooms in the home have beautiful views of the lake. And two bedrooms have adjoining "En-Suite" bathrooms. The main floor of the home offers an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with a tall alcove ceiling throughout the main area of the home offering a large living vibe. Off the main area of the home are two bedrooms, including a king-sized bed primary suite with en-suite full bath and a commanding view of the lake. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and beautiful bedroom furniture with a bathroom next door. Each bedroom has its own beg screen TV (All 40" or larger). The Kitchen is fully stocked and beautiful quartz counter tops, real hard wood cabinetry and all the amenities. The Kitchen comes equipped with many gadgets located in the hall closet such as crockpot, Ninja Foodi, Chopper, Kitchen-aide mixer, wireless hand mixer, dehumidifier, and much more. The dining area accommodates seating for eight people: seating for 6 people at the dining table and seating for 2 people at the pup table next to the dining table. For all of you outdoor lovers, the home is quite unique, offering a feature that most homes don't have at Lake of the Ozarks. The home has more than 2,500 square feet of outdoor deck living on both levels in addition to a stone patio. The home also has unobstructed views of Workmen Hollow cove. With the expansive deck living outdoors and the commanding views of the lake, the home is quite a rarity at Lake of the Ozarks. If you are looking for more privacy, the family room offers amazing views, a video gaming console, lots of board games, a large screen TV, a private deck off the family room and a hot tub just steps away. You can either join friends or family in the 8-person hot tub or enjoy the hot tub to yourself while you enjoy amazing views of the lake. With 130 feet of prime waterfront, the private dock features a large swim platform, one well dock (27’x 10’), half-slip for 2 wetbikes and a covered area with a large table with six chairs. She adds all the little details to make the house special. From the Xbox for the kids to the swim mat and fishing gear. Every time i said i wish i would have brought something i was able to find it in the house. It was in a nice cove with little boat traffic perfect to let the kids swim. ##### steven b. It's at the end of a cove and it was quiet (although we went at the beginning of May so this might be different in the summer). We loved sitting out on the deck overlooking the lake! The deck has a nice table/chair set and several other chairs and loungers. The house was clean and has plenty of space. We cooked all our meals at the house and thought the kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the outside grill was clean. The hot tub is amazing! The king bed is a little firm for my liking, so we decided to try the queen bed located across the hall. We did think that bed was more comfortable. This house has a lot of space if you are going to travel with a lot of people. I would recommend the property! ##### Melissa L. The host is super responsive and was able to add a day to my stay last minute. My only “complaint” and it not the hosts fault was I had trouble finding it since I got there after dark ##### Seth F. Coffee every morning on the upper deck. Kayaking every day in the quiet cove. Use of the grill to cook meals is a big plus in my book. Owner was very easy to communicate with. She is very responsive and understanding as well. We loved our stay here and would return in a heartbeat. Great lake house! ##### Scott B. It is located on a hill, so not super accessible for anyone with mobility issues. Not too far from town and shopping. Great communication with owner and caretaker. We did a quick family getaway with our adult children and their spouses and had a wonderful time! Plenty of space for everyone, listing just as described, and all the amenities we needed.
