Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and a smart TV. Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, lounge space, a smart TV, and patio access. This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, another with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking available for 5 vehicles. • Guests are welcome to use both boat slips and the PWC lift on the dock during their stay. Please note that all dock facilities are use at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to boats, PWCs, or other watercraft while tied to or using the dock. • Guests are expected to use the hot tub responsibly. Any misuse that results in draining, damage, or excessive cleaning may result in fines of up to $500. • This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please follow these guidelines: o Maximum of 2 pets per stay (dogs only). Only dogs under 60 pounds are permitted. Pets over this weight limit are not allowed. o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost.
