This gorgeous two bedroom condo has a panoramic main channel view to match! Relax in the stunning Master Suite with King bed and deck access. The adjoining Master Bath (shower/tub combo) has new lighting and hardware. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a private deck. The second bathroom also has a shower/tub combo. If you have six people coming, no worries! A queen raised air bed is in the closet for everyone in your group to have a good night's rest. The dining table has comfortable seating for six and with the gas grill on the deck a BBQ is just minutes away! If you don't want to mess with cooking, waterfront restaurants are just a short boat ride away. Be sure to bring your boat, with a 10 x 28 boat slip included with this unit. If you need to stay connected, this unit has wireless internet available. With the view from the deck you may forget completely about the computer as you watch the sun setting and hear the waves hitting the shore. The Falls has two outdoor pools, a tennis court, a basketball court and a playground. We have several units at the Falls vicinity so if you have a group this could be your perfect location! This condo is located on Horseshoe Bend off Carol Road or on the 2 1/2 mile marker by water. First, let’s start with the view … definitely a highlight of our trip! The property was nice and well equipped. We had a relaxing weekend watching the boats cruise up and down the lake. The only issue we had was with the parking! We had to park all the way up the hill next to the upper pool and walk quite a distance down to the unit we rented because all of the parking spots in front of the unit were full. At one point there was NO parking at all and I ended up parking illegally for an hour or two until someone left then I rushed out to snag that spot. They need to have assigned parking spots and mark the spots with the building and unit numbers then issue parking passes that have to be hung from mirrors. It is well appointed and very comfortable. And the view from the balcony is million dollar. It's probably time for a little updating, and a little more attention could be given to cleaning, such as dusting and sweeping off the balcony, but the important places, like kitchen and bathrooms, were spotless. Property was nice with a beautiful view and 2 nice pools. Nice gas grill on porch. Condo was quiet run down. Shower curtain rod would fall down while showering in the master, in guest bedroom the rod was taped together, but thankfully would stay up. Lots of bugs in kitchen. Dishes in cupboard had food still in them (probably why so many bugs).Found a Cockroach in the bathtub. Food crumbs on the carpet which is odd since you pay $80 for a cleaning service.
