Nestled in a prime location at the 4th mile marker on the Lake of the Ozarks, you'll have easy access to water activities and nearby attractions/dining. The outdoor pool and popular Docknockers lakefront bar are just a walk away. Two minute walk to the lake. Need more space? We have 3 more condos next door! Please place used towels in bathtub (upstairs) and on the bathroom floor (downstairs). Or place in washing machine. You do not need to run the washing machine.
Dumpster is located up the stairs and to the right in the gravel lot.
Please leave main thermostat (nest) at 76 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

NO fireworks.
Quiet hours per complex are 10pm-8am.
