« Pros: -excellent breakfast buffet with variety of hot items, pastries, cereal, hot beverages, yogurt, and fruit -staff were very accommodating and friendly -beautiful and expansive grounds -very clean -dinner at the restaurant was very tasty -large room with bedside lamps and outlets for charging Cons: -very close to the main road so front facing rooms were loud -every high bathroom window opened into the hallway and couldn’t be closed. -very little sound insulation so if you are a light...

« L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un endroit calme entouré d'arbres et de fleurs, tout en étant proche du centre-ville et des lieux à visiter. L'accueil est chaleureux, les services sont excellents, et l'établissement est bien entretenu et propre. Même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine pendant quelques jours en raison d'une panne, l'hôtel a fait un geste commercial en nous offrant un petit-déjeuner. La piscine a été rapidement remise en service, parfaitement entretenue et agréable....

« Good place to stay at for a layover. Cheap, spacious rooms, and they provide breakfast. Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. The place is pn Muthiaga Lane (Its a Blue sign) and leads all the way to the end on the left. The locals helped us find it. But yes, def good place to stay for a night while you transition to your next...

« I am from the US, so according to the US standards, this property was average at best. The hotel room was cleaned every day. I felt my things were safe there. We had no issues with safety. There were fresh water bottles every day. The bathrooms functioned well, and there was no mold. The room was spacious enough. The location was very convenient for me. I would never find it if I didn't have a driver, though. The service was excellent. The team was friendly, very accommodating, and prompt....

« The hotel is very convenient just off the main Nakuru - Mombasa highway. The bedroom was good and clean, but the bathroom was not working well, had standing water on the floor and not so clean. The staff were helpful, but for some reason my online booking was not received and so it was lucky they had space and I had to get cash to pay. The hotel could be heading in the right direction, but needs more attention to the detail they have in the bedroom to other aspects of the facilities »
