"We stayed here with our three kids over spring break, and the location is excellent—very close to restaurants and hiking spots. We checked in at 12 PM but weren’t able to access our room until 4 PM. When we finally got in, it didn’t seem ready: utensils were left out on the counter, the trash cans weren’t lined, and the space hadn’t been fully prepared. It was frustrating, especially since we were told the room was ready when it clearly wasn’t. That said, aside from the rocky start, the property itself is in a great location and offers excellent amenities."

"The Arabella completely delivered. The views are stunning, the staff was genuinely helpful throughout our stay, and the pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed. The hot breakfast was a highlight too- lots of healthy choices to start the day right. Everything felt well thought out and taken care of. We’ll absolutely be back."

"No problem with the room and check in. The hot tub was nearby the room only thing is the water wasn’t hot at all just warm. Perhaps the most important notation is if you’re looking for a room with a view of the Sedona beauty this is probably not the place for you. There are very few rooms …maybe 35 out of the 400 rooms that actually have any view. "

"Very disappointed for the price I payed for the place. Ive stayed at a lot of time share properties which this one was and I will not be coming back. Let's start with a dead cockroach in the closet. How does this happen? was the room even cleaned before I got it? Ill never know. Then I took a shower with hardly any hot water. had to move the handle over and over again and still would not work. The charging station in the main bedroom did not work at all. Then the air conditioner in the main bedroom was not cooling th room so we turned the fan on which was so loud we didn't get any sleep, I reported all this to the employee at the front desk and seemed like she didn't even care, in one ear out the other. that's impression I got. This property is not worth the price to stay in."

"Our stay was disappointing because the cleanliness was not up to standard. There was old dust built up in all the corners, which made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. The first room we were given also had a mattress that was badly sunken in the middle, almost like there was a hole, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. We had to go back and request a room change because of it. While the staff did switch our room, the overall experience was frustrating and not what we expected from a hotel stay."
