The location, right on the River was beautiful! It was so chilly while we were there, but we put the heat on and used the electric fireplace and it was super cozy! There is a huge window in the living room, so we could enjoy the view even while inside! The only downside was the water, but the owners made sure there were extra gallons of water and ice for drinking, coffee, and brushing teeth etc. We will definitely visit again! Sep 15, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Lovely Cottage - Great Location - Highly Recommended First I'd like to say the cottage was clean and had everything you needed for a vacation. Perfectly located along the Hudson River (Great for Kayaking) and 5 minutes for near by town of Corinth. Queit neighborhood less than 1/2 hour from Lake George. Not far from Potterville where we went to see the Natural Stone Bridge. The Host was easy to communicate with, and access to the property was a breeze! The beds are comfortable and the view of the river from the back deck is peaceful and beautiful. They had all kinds of family board games at the cottage and lots of TV entertainment (WiFi). The time spent at the property was enjoyable and relaxing. The place was great, with the river right in the backyard. It was very peaceful, relaxing, and quiet during our stay. It had everything we needed, with a kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. It was refreshing having linens, towels, and other essentials provided. There wasn't anything we could think of that was missing. The location was perfect for our annual fall foliage/anniversary trip. We were close to Lake George and Saratoga and spent time exploring both, but our favorite place visited was the Natural Stone Bridge & Caves in Pottersville. We highly recommend a visit if you are in the area. We had no problems during our stay, but I'm sure if we had any questions or needed anything, we would have been helped quickly and courteously.
