We were given a free pass for the bus. The bus stop was very close to the hotel and we went to Lucerne for the day. We didn’t have to worry about finding parking in Lucerne. Very convenient.

A great find. Clean, very convenient to reach with the free bus pass and bus route into Lucerne almost door to door. We had a big, clean room, delicious fresh breakfast every day and staff always had a smile for us. We'll be back!

overnight stop
We were travelling to Italy and had overnight stay the rooms are small but very clean we left very early and motorway only a couple minutes so ideal. We would stay here again if we ever do this route again.

Front desk was very nice. The price of the room seemed a little high for the value and location. A/C was great, but had a mildow smell. If you're looking for a one-night stay, this hotel is fine. If wanting to stay here for multiple days, I would not recommend. There is not much going on around this area, and not super close to the city.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes by bus from downtown Lucerne. The free bus provided was great. About 1/2 block from the hotel is a bus stop for bus #2. The bus runs to the Bahnhof which is the city center. The return trip is just as simple. Board bus #2 at the Bahnhof and the hotel stop is the last stop. There was adequate free parking. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok but not great. It was cold meat, cheese, bread, and cereal.

Poor hotel reception closed at 10:00 you need to open the front door with your key. Room small and simple. Breakfast so so. I don't recommend to anyone.

It’s good but little far from main city Lucerne. But hotel is near to bus stop. Hotel is Super clean but rooms are small . I like the bathroom they r very clean and big

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful check-in staff (sorry don't recall her name). Complimentary travel voucher provided which is of great assistance as the hotel is around 20 minutes from city centre. Very clean, large room and bathroom. Only negative was no tea/coffee making in room and basic breakfast

Exceeded expectations
This place exceeded my expectations. It was much nicer than a few of the reviews I had read. The location was amazing (because we had a rental car), the free breakfast was more than we had expected, and it was quieter and cleaner than expected. Also has a Coop right next door, which was super convenient! The room was sort of small, that is my only complaint.

Two days in Lucerne
Excellent access to bus routes into the city. The free bus service provided by the hotel was a bonus. Close to bank, post shop, groceries and some local restaurants. Room was modern, clean with ample storage. After travelling, it was unfortunate there were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room or able to access.

Lucerne stay
Great hotel just out of Lucerne - free bus to Lucerne runs regularly. Perfect for our 3 night stay. Staff very helpful and friendly, great breakfast.

Please think twice when you make a booking
The staff claim me make room carpet wet and charge me chf200 for panelty! What a ridiculous amount to charge it ?! The carpet actually not that serious, just get wet and im not sure whether am i to make it! I feel like the hotel is like a robbery to charge guest to grab money! Please stop live there , its an aweful experience for me in swiss! Its a sad memory for me during the trip ! Please all guest wont get my experience as well ,and dont book it
