"Excellent property located near the airport. Up on a hill overlooking the ocean. Be advised that the entrance to the lobby is not ADA compliant. Meaning no ramp to the lobby. Just 20 steps. Architecture was beautiful and grounds were well kept. Easy walk down the private road to the nearby restaurant (which was quite good). It is about 20 minutes from downtown and not walkable. But hotel will shuttle you there if you wish to leave some dollars on island for t shirts. I’d definitely stay there again."

"Everything was clean and taken care of. The amenities were nice, appliances etc. My son and I went on a fishing trip and were able to bring back and prepare our mahi- mahi. Overall, very pleased with my stay. The only two things I would say to expect that I wasn't expecting is the Bahamas water pressure. From what I heard it is an issue in a lot of the Bahamas, so even though you have two showers, you are not using them at the same time, also need to take a break between showers, it is a smaller water heather that can run cool pretty quick. Which would happen because it took a while for my wife and daughter to rinse their long hair with little water pressure. The other thing is the mattresses were a little rough on my bad back. I personally didn't sleep well. But the kids and wife had little issues. So, this is a matter of what you are used to I guess. We overall had a great trip, it was a nice place to stay. With the prices in the Bahamas, it was nice to have the kitchen to do a few meals at home, like make some bfast and things of that nature instead of having to run out for everything. A grocery store is right across the street with a couple of places to grab food nearby. We had a car, but most of our dinners were two-to-four-minute drives away. We enjoyed ourselves."

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at the property. The property is very modern, clean with all the amenities. We also loved that the property was close to a supermarket, which made it very convenient for things that we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was great and very close to the beach, restaurants and other activities which one may like to enjoy. Dominic, our host was very communicative and ensured that we were comfortable and satisfied. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who are staying in Nassau for short or long term stay. The only recommendation would be to have a couple of laundry baskets for dirty clothes or when washing. Overall, 5 stars rated ."
