This great ‘hang out’ space wraps around living/dining and kitchen areas. There is even pass thru window from the kitchen to the grill to keep the ‘cool inside’ on those warm summer days. The pass thru window even has an outside counter and bar stools for those friends to ‘talk to the chef or kitchen prepper’ yet be outside with the pool people. NEW> This patio is also adjacent to Mini Golf holes 8 & 9 - which also doubles as a Cornhole toss area. Patio # 2 is off the Main Suite with it’s own pergola covered 150 sq ft. area with views to the Lake - with large Palm trees surrounding the area. Patio #3 is our NEWEST update with 7 holes of Mini-Golf! Lit for night use also under a huge pergola covered 500 sq. ft. area on the North side and fully enclosed with privacy lattice and latching gates. This area can be viewed from the living area via a big window for parents to check in on any little ones. This area can also be a ‘get away from the noise’ area for the adults. Even on a windy day, the North patio blocks most of those Havasu gusts. Patio #4 is at the front entry and is a great 100 sq. ft covered area to have some quiet time and read a good novel. Garage Bay 1 : 21 feet deep and 12 feet wide (note: driveway gate will limit some trailers from maneuvering) PARKING AREA - We also have a large 16 x 75' deep parking area outside of our main gate - off of the top of the driveway. This is a family & kid friendly home, NOT a party house. MUST BE AGE 28 or older to rent and booking will be subject to cancellation if ages are not verified. There are security cameras around the exterior and in the shared garage which can record video. No cameras are aimed into the home or pool area. Per City Ordinance #9.30.050, digital 24 hour noise monitors are installed which document noise levels to the cloud and send alerts to us when noise levels are exceeded, but do not record audio. Pool/spa heating is not included, but available upon request at an additional cost per day, based on normal use hours. The real gem of this home is the beautiful infinity pool and spa with a lake view. Everything was super clean and ready to use. Kitchen is nice but expected to have more than a set of 6 silverware for a listing advertised to hold a large group. The view was awesome and the pool is huge. There was a very small issue with ants around the stove top, but the owner was very responsive and had ant traps/bait sent over immediately. Also, we wish the floor around the pool wasn't so slippery when wet. We ended up laying towels down around the perimeter to prevent slips. Other than that, the house was great! ##### Adriana C. The Avalon was our home base for 4 days of boating and off roading in the hills around LHC. Great property for couples (there were 8 of us total) and plenty of parking, use of the garage was a bonus. Home would work well for families too. We weren’t looking for a property with a pool, thinking that we would have plenty of activities to keep us busy. But the pool was amazing! It was great to come home to after a long day out. House was well stocked and equipped, owner was attentive to our needs and responded promptly to our questions. Highly recommended. ##### Walt B. However , they are currently building a home right below it , on the same property, which they didn’t tell us . It made it difficult to find , construction was loud and workers were loud and If we would have known this was happening at the time we needed to book the house , we would have booked elsewhere . I'd honestly love to give it a 5 except for a few issues. The spacious home itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated with with the amenities listed . However the home boasts a soaking tub and it was not usable due to trickling water flow. It would have taken hours to fill and after a long day at the lake it was disappointing. A major issue for me was the kitchen top main oven which was not usable do to a broken door. As a cook this was an important amenity and I was glad the smaller oven was usable. We had planned to cook all our meals on sight and this was an inconvenience ,making meal prepping longer. The host was very approachable , quick to respond and attempted to answer our questions . Host stated the issues were in process of being repaired,however not during our stay. Overall we loved the home, the spectacular lake view and the beautiful pool. There was adequate patio seating for our party of 13, poolside deck sunning lounges and extras such as ice chest, ample table settings Bonus kitchen appliances such as crockpot, instant pot and air fryer which I usually never see ,this went a long way towards making the issue of the stove acceptable to me. Blender and coffee station was a great addition. I would definitely go back there . I'm confident the host will make good on the minor repairs they explained are in progress. May 6, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Pool experience The house was clean and amazing however if wanting to have the pool and jacuzzi heated you had to pay an additional price which is fine but we could never get the pool to heat up to a warm enough temperature to want to get in. We were only allowed to have either of the jacuzzi or the pool heat up individually. They could not heat up simultaneously. Also we had to turn the pool heater and jacuzzi heater off when not in use therefore the pool could never heat up to the right temperature and we could never just jump into the Jacuzzi when we wanted to. We had to wait for it to heat up. I paid extra money to have a heated pool and Jacuzzi on demand not have to wait around for a while to wait for them to heat up. My suggestion is you square this away with the landlord before paying additional money for the pool and Jacuzzi. I would’ve rather have paid additional money and just always had a heated pool and Jacuzzi on demand. ##### christy n.
