As stated in another review, the hot tub took an entire day to heat up. We rented this house because we knew the pool water would be too cold but planned on using the hot tub. Everyone got a comfortable bed, the hot tub and billiards table were a hit. The pool could have been warmer but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. I would read carefully through the property rules and maybe discuss any requests with manager prior to booking like turning on hot tub so warmed before arrival and adjusting home water temps in winter stays but overall a nice property and manager.
