Escape to King’s Lakehouse, a spacious 4BR/4.5BA winter retreat with private baths in every bedroom. Enjoy floor-to-ceiling snowy lake views, two cozy living rooms, indoor fireplace, chef’s kitchen, and 85" Smart TV. Outside, sip cocoa on the deck, gather at the firepit, and soak in peaceful winter scenery. All guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests. Guests booking with us acknowledge that the property offers direct lake access without a fence or lifeguard present. By booking, you agree to release us from any liability.
