Guests can easily bike or walk to the beach, sports courts, a convenience store, and numerous restaurants. Alternatively, these amenities and shops are just a short 2-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find. ● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained. Other Things to Note: ● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. ● This property can accommodate up to 14 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit. DOG FEE: ● $100 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed. The warmth of the cozy accommodation was felt right away, and the comfortable interior design made everyone anticipate a happy time together. Spending good moments with good people is one of life’s greatest joys, and this place is exactly that kind of destination.The setting, where you can take in the entire frozen lake and the ski resort at a glance, was more than enough to create even better memories. The three days passed by in the blink of an eye, leaving a sense of longing. Everything was spotlessly clean and well organized, which made the experience even more pleasant. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and were very thankful to them for allowing the additional dogs to stay. We went hiking, played on the lake, and went fishing near by. We brought our own charcoal grills and grilled on the deck by the kitchen that was fully stocked! The rooms were nice and big and there was plenty to do in the house!
