### EXQUISITE LAKEFRONT "EAGLE'S NEST LODGE DUPLEX"
Eagle’s Nest Duplex is a dramatic, four story, luxury duplex with magnificent three level sweeping vistas and open lake front decks and patios. This exquisite home is configured for optimal use by large groups and extended families. The entertainment amenities include with extra-large cable TVs in the game room and in the family room. The highspeed internet will keep you connected, or Ping Pong, Shuffleboard, Pool Table, or Video Games will let you disconnect.
This magnificent duplex has the exact same configuration on both sides. The two sides are connected via the yoga room on the third floor or via the connecting decks overlooking the lake.
There is abundant sleeping space for 36 guests. Each side of the duplex has a spectacular master bedroom, six additional bedrooms, an ultra-modern kitchen, a spacious game room, a large comfortable family room, boat docks, large covered decks, spacious outside grounds, and a custom designed bar area.
The first floor on each side has a CUSTOM DESIGNED BAR area that is large enough to accommodate all your friends and relatives. With ice maker and wine cooler there is no reason to go thirsty while overlooking the lake through oversized windows and sliding doors. These doors lead out to the breathtaking lake decks. This is absolutely the finest view on Lake Harmony. The two oversized bedrooms on this floor are both queens and there is a full bath. The more active members of your group will enjoy the entertainment equipment provided. One side has a full-size shuffleboard table and a regulation pool table, the other side has a ping pong table and a 40-game video console, or they can match skills on the dartboard or ring toss set.
Located on the main entrance floor on each side is a large family room, a gas fireplace, and the most comfortable furniture you could imagine for watching the oversized LED Smart TV. The ultra-modern kitchen is perfect for large families with its spacious granite countertop breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you need and is fully equipped with all upgraded cookware, a side-by-side refrigerator, a ceramic cook top stove & oven, and an over-the-range microwave. Our dining area has a CUSTOM DESIGNED solid wood table with matching seating for 20 that is situated to take advantage of the views of the lake. There are two queen bedrooms on this floor, each with an attached full bath. This is the perfect setup for a grandparent of loved one that does not want to do a lot of stairs. There is also a half bath on this floor.
The third floor on each side of the duplex has the spectacular master bedroom with breath-taking lake views, and a unique attached bath that features a large two-person rain shower. The laundry is located on this floor consisting of a washer and a drier. This floor also has a large full bathroom and two bunk rooms. Each bunk room has two bunk bed sets, each set is a twin over twin and a pull-out trundle.
The Eagle’s Nest Duplex occupies the most dramatic location on the lake, so naturally the outside area is designed to take advantage of this unique opportunity. There is plenty of seating on the sweeping two level decks or you can sit down by the lake on the lawn to enjoy the sunsets. The manicured lawn area has a fire pit on slat slaps, and it runs down to the water, where the two large boat docks provide space for sunbathing and swimming in total comfort.
You may never want to leave this fabulous location but if you do Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski areas are less than 2 miles away, and there are several water parks in the area.
Eagle’s Nest is far and away the finest residence on Lake Harmony, and Eagle’s Nest is the perfect place for you.
You must be 25 years old to rent the house. We don't allow proms or senior getaways. You must bring your lines or set them up with our cleaning service.

Outstanding property to rent! We were about 34 friends and family members that stayed for 3 days. One should stay for 5 days at least to fully enjoy this property. The house is relatively new, huge and very well maintained. Just a gorgeous place to stay!We were surprised that it looked lot better than the photos shown. This VRBO website does not have all the beautiful views captured and hence I decided to post some of my own photos here. There is plenty of space for everyone. There are beds for 36 people and a few extra trundle beds to get to 38.I would like to stay here again myself and so, I recommend this to everyone. Just be aware that linens are not included. I wish the owner could include them in the price and take care of it, instead of me dealing with another vendor.

My large family enjoyed our week at Eagles Nest very much. Plenty of space for everyone and such a beautiful lake. The outside area is lovely and we enjoyed a few fires and s’mores throughout the week. The only down sides were the steep gravel driveway (which was explained to us by Richard), and the docks weren’t the easiest for the kids and some of the adults to get into and out of the water (a ladder or steps would have helped). We would definitely come back. Richard always answered our questions quickly and was easy to deal with throughout the entire booking process.

#### Fabulous Stay
We had a fabulous time at the Eagles Nest.22 adults ranging in age of 26 to 70 and 6 kids ages 1-10\. Plenty of social spaces, quiet spaces and backyard on the lake. 2 great kitchens/living rooms.Views were amazing with gorgeous sunsets. Parking as a bit challenging but we made it work. The stairs down to the lake were a bit rough for older folks. We would definitely rent here again. Also, Richard did an excellent job responding to any questions.

Our family group of 22 (ages 4-90) had a great Memorial Day weekend gathering. Despite the cool rainy weather, everyone enjoyed games and puzzles at the gorgeous long dining tables, playing ping pong & pool in the game rooms, grilling out on the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake and just hanging out with plenty of room to spread out.

The house was as big as described, however was not aware of the steep hill leading to the homes. One of the codes didn't work for the doors. There was snow and ice everywhere. Yes I know it's the Poconos, that's more the reason I was expecting it to be a little more cleaner outside. I wouldn't recommend using the homes In the winter.

#### Amazing Location, view, and house!
Just stayed this past weekend for a family gathering with both my fiancée’s and my family and it was great getting to know/meet everyone! It was an amazing experience and the host has been such a tremendous help and such a quick responder! Always willing to give me input and also letting us to view his beautiful duplex beforehand for measurements for our catering. Can’t recommend this place enough, if you have a big family gathering you need to host, definitely check this location out! :)

#### Great Family vacation
Our recent stay at Eagle’s Nest Lodge was fantastic! This expansive lakeside home was the perfect setting for our family gathering of 25, offering ample space and comfort for everyone. The house is spacious with two full kitchens that made meal preparation possible for our large group. We also appreciated having dining tables large enough to comfortably accommodate everyone. The views of the lake from the house were beautiful.

#### Great for Extended Family Reunion
Plenty of room for a week-long extended family gathering. Views from the balconies are amazing, right on the water. We were able to fully spread out, even when the weather didn't allow us to get outside.

Large family had great time, but prospective renters should ask and understand about parking, should thoroughly understand the limited handicap accessibility, should ask in detail about boating and beach access, and should be prepared to bring own utensils beyond silverware. Mgrs. may not always be in communication. All that said, our group appreciated the house, yard, and docks, and if one is prepared in advance this can be great. Check the cost, there may have been a 35% increase since we booked it.

#### Lake Harmony
Lake Harmony is aptly named. "Eagles Nest Lodge" is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table and the ping pong - and especially the lake, comfortable for swimming even in early July. Hiking trails are near by. Our last evening, rain and sun together created a double rainbow arching over the water.

#### West Reunion!
We had the best time! We had a huge family reunion and renewed our vows and it was beautiful! The house is absolutely perfect for families to stay! Just be prepared bc there are A LOT of stairs! You’ll get your steps in though! The BEST views, fires at night, so much space for everyone and a GREAT location on the lake! Richard was so attentive and handled anything we needed! Highly recommend booking!!

#### Best view ever
The view and proximity to the lake is awesome. We had 20 people and easily ate every meal on the deck. It was a great set up. The rec rooms were a lot of fun. We rented kayaks and paddle boards nearby. The hosts were very attentive as the pool table was missing balls and they had them delivered immediately. We had 4 generations and everyone had a great time
