While we appreciate your suggestion for potential future additions, it's important to clarify our current offerings.In terms of amenities like a phone, clock, and coffee maker, these are not part of our room features. As for your suite, while we understand that preferences for room aesthetics can vary, it's important to note that we have received positive feedback from other guests staying in the same room type this season. We unfortunately can't control whether you like the room or not as it's a subjective opinion. Additionally, the suite you were in didn't need any renovations because there is nothing wrong with that specific room. Renovations are for the rooms that need more TLC and maintenance work.
