To enter into our home you will be provided a unique code to enter into our smart lock to gain access to our home. Your unique code will remain the same throughout your stay for convenient access to come and go at your leisure. The Sunroom: Upon entry to our home you will immediately be greeted by our bright and airy sunroom. We love this room to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, or simply to kick back and relax with your favorite book. We have filled this room with tons of fun games to occupy all of your guests as well. The Kitchen: Our kitchen is newly upgraded featuring stainless steel appliances, as well as full access to our dinnerware, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and more! Our home provides access to our full laundry room including washer/ dryer combo, stocked with detergent and dryer sheets, as well as iron and ironing board. We boast our open concept home with an open dining room and family room. Our dining room is set for 6 people to enjoy a home cooked meal or happy hour beverages. Our large sectional couch, accompanied by reclining chair all with a great view of our 65 inch flat screen cable TV is sure to become the ideal gathering spot throughout your stay. We also have provided a wine cooler for your enjoyment and access to your favorite beverages. The bedrooms: Our home includes 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master suite is furnished with a new queen bed and headboard, as well as 800 thread count sheets for your comfort. Tastefully designed and decorated all to provide 5 star experiences. Our master suite is also accompanied with a new flat screen cable TV. The second bedroom includes a set of full size bunk beds and dresser for your belongings. The final bedroom is the largest and includes 2 sets of twin over full size bunk beds, complete with linens and quilts, as well as TV. The bathrooms: Our home has 2 bathrooms. The main level bathroom directly off the dining space includes a double vanity, and tub/shower combo. It has plenty of space to get ready for your night out in Lake Geneva. The second bathroom is upstairs and includes a full vanity, as well as a stand in shower. Outdoor Space: We adore our outdoor space. Our home sits on a corner lot with beautiful views of downtown. Timely, accurate and detailed responses at all times. He also allowed us to check in a little earlier as the weather was bad.We lived at the property for 1 night - 5 adults and 6 kids. Location is convenient, safe and there is ample street parking.The property and furniture is a little dated. There was no lock in some of the bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom, which made it a little inconvenient in terms of privacy. The carpet in family room could use some cleaning - we rolled it up during our stay. The televisions could be updated as they were old and we could not connect apps on the TVs for kids. Some mattresses were old and worn, but covered in sheets and were ok to sleep on.Kitchen was quite decent. Lots of plates, mugs, condiments. Nice appliances.Overall we had a good stay for 1 night. The place was not clean-something brown was on porch table. Not sure what it was but it was gross. other areas with stuff smeared/spots on the white lock doors and other areas. Handrails to upstairs were sticky and hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Dust ready to fall off the ceiling fans. Information states there are extra towels in the dressers in the bathrooms-there isn't a dresser in the downstairs basement and none in the one upstairs. when I asked about more was told 1 is set out for each person. never seen that before at vrbo rentals. 1 hand towel for 5 people for 3 days too...The downstairs shower doesn't work. Friday morning there was a trickle that came out of shower head, and Saturday morning minimal water would only come out of the bath faucet so we werent able to use it. \\Only 1 dish cloth and no dish towels were found. When we got there, the upstairs rooms were freezing cold, and all the units mounted on the walls were running. Information at the house says "Please replace all AC/Heating remotes upstairs in their holders on the walls in the bedrooms." That is why I asked about them. Sat. mid-afternoon when we returned from site seeing, the main AC/Heater control was locked. we could not turn below 70 degrees. We would not recommend this as a place to stay. ##### Jackie W. It was within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We even enjoyed sitting out in the backyard and enjoying the fantastic weather. You can tell the host cares about its guests as there were plenty of linens available, snacks and some breakfast foods, a house guide with recommendations. Bathrooms and kitchen had been remodeled and had all we needed. Family room provided lots of good seating and they loved being able to bunk together in the bed rooms. While the owner was responsive to all of our inquiries and requests the general condition of the property left much to be desired. Bedroom closets messy with miscellaneous storage, old clothing, superfluous furniture leaving little space for renters to use. No working carbon monoxide detector. Interior worn including furniture, upstairs carpeting, baseboards/trim in need of paint. Linens old and worn and not enough for our week stay. Good security with dead bolts and digital entry. Kitchen utensils very well stocked. It is understood it is an older home but everyday maintenance and attention needs to be attended to if used as a rental. ##### Thomas S. We loved the yard and patio chairs as well as the front porch to spend time outside. Short walk to ice cream shops, coffee, the lake, not too far from downtown. I don't think we could have been more happy. The owner was very communicative and updated everything, including check in information, as promised. The house was clean, well stocked and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The area itself was great and there are several restaurants within a block that you can walk to.
