Just under a mile from downtown and Main Street, you can shop, dine, and beach to your heart’s content, with everything this exciting city has to offer right at your fingertips. You’ll be under a 20-minute walk to Lake Geneva Public Beach where you can plan for full days relaxing on the sand, conveniently popping to and from the home when needed. If you’re looking to get out on the big water of Geneva Lake, book a trip on the Lake Geneva Cruise Line for a serene voyage along the shores no matter the time of year. For those craving excitement, Lake Geneva delivers that as well with its thrilling zip lines, challenging hiking trails, and adrenaline-fueled parasailing adventures. As your days out and about come to a close, make your way back home to relax with loved ones on the back patio, dining on dinner al fresco or playing a round of cards with a side of cocktails.   
  
The home’s charming interior is every cabin-lover’s dream, with wood-paneled walls and ceilings embracing you in warmth and comfort. The living room provides ample leather sofa and recliner seating for evenings spent streaming all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The eat-in kitchen offers everything you need to create delicious culinary delights in the convenience of home, with full sized appliances and ample countertop space and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Mealtimes are made simple with options for everyone at the table or the counter, each offering the opportunity to dine in good company.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.  
Bedroom #1 includes a full-over-full bunk bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a smart TV.  
Bedroom #2 includes 2 full size beds and a smart TV.  
  
The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.  
• There is a Ring doorbell on the front door.  
• City of Lake Geneva Short Term Rental Permit #20240652  
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.  
• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.  
  
The resort city of Lake Geneva offers excitement for any age. Whether you’re an adventure-seeker, love to explore nature, or immerse yourself in the arts, Lake Geneva has it all! Local beaches include Big Foot Beach State Park, with trails and picnic areas. The Lake Geneva Shore Path is over 20 miles long and offers views of historical estates on one side with clear blue waters and tranquil views on the other. You’ll be sure to catch sight of a sailboat or antique vessel as they drive by across the pristine waters. Be sure to time your evening right to catch a stunning Lake Geneva sunset from anywhere along the shore path. With so many things to do and see, you’ll want to visit Lake Geneva over and over again.
