Everything was decent however for those with arthritis or poor knees, and or walking mechanism, it’s difficult that there isn’t an elevator for those that have a hard time with stairs.

Wow, best hotel stay I’ve ever had. Clean, super quiet, and staff was so helpful the entire time. Made our trip that much better!

There wasn't breakfast like they advertised. The room was nice and clean as well as the towels. Overall our stay was comfortable and the owner was polite.

Stayed here because of all the reviews. Well one has to wonder who wrote them. Started in the lobby with a bad odor that continued down the hall and into our room. I had to go buy air freshener to try to mask the smell. The room was outdated and didn’t feel it look very clean. The only thing this hotel has going for it is a very comfortable bed. I would not recommend this hotel when there are so many other choices in the area.

Pleasant stay with attentive staff and clean rooms in common areas. We visit Lake Geneva a couple times a year and have found our new hotel

while we were at work(about 1:00), we were called and told our card did not have enough money on it for the room. we said we were going to pay with a different card when we checked in. then were asked when we were checking in etc. when i booked the room, it said WON'T BE CHARGED TILL YOU CHECK IN!! check in started at 3!! when we did check in, there was absolutely NO PLEASANTRIES WHAT SO EVER! will not recommend this hotel or ever stay here again!!!

Place was not busy, was placed right next to the lobby. Had to listen to people yelling all night and the ice machine going off till 3am. Pilllows were also horrible

Simple basic hotel
It was difficult to tell that the room had two bath towels. There were no towels out in the pool area. Loved the bed and pillows -- possibly best ever! Can you find a web link to the DirecTV listings for those of us who don't have DirecTV at home?

This is a basic hotel that saves u money when u don't want to pay inflated Lake Geneva prices. Includes a carb heavy breakfast (bagels, cereal, oatmeal, toast, pastry)with coffee, orangenapple juice and a bit of fruit. Coffeemaker also in room with fridge and microwave.
