This home is lovable from the exterior and absolutely fabulous on the interior. The primary guest must be over the age of 25\. The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement to stay at the home. Welcome to our beautiful Bungalow in Downtown Lake Geneva! We recently completely renovated a gorgeous home two doors down that is also available to rent. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home and sleeps 15. We also own a home in nearby Williams Bay. You can't get much better than walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva. This home has been a short term rental for over 10 years. We are excited to share our home with you. This charming designer appointed bungalow has all the modern amenities. The home has 5 bedrooms with 2 king beds, 4 queen beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, a queen pullout couch, and a high end queen blowup mattress. There are 3.5 magnificent bathrooms, one with a soaking tub. You will think you are at a spa in these bathrooms! A washer & dryer is located on the second floor, convenient for where most of the bedrooms are, as well as on the lower level. The kitchen is fully equipped with wonderful amenities and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a large meal. Share stories and laughter over delicious cuisine in the dining room with a 10-person table. The backyard has a gorgeous patio with a gas grill, comfortable outdoor furniture, and plenty of grass for the kids to run around. Did you see the pictures of the front porch? Relax in the wicker chairs or the always popular bench swing! All of the comforts of home while vacationing in this beautiful treasure! Our home is the perfect place to be able to relax and enjoy this gorgeous area and also be able to enjoy the activities just moments away in Downtown Lake Geneva, Williams Bay, Delavan, and Fontana. Location: Nothing beats this homes location to everything Lake Geneva has to offer! You're just blocks from downtown with local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Look for souvenirs at Fancy Fair Mall before dining on seafood at Popeye's on Lake Geneva. Change into your bathing suit and walk a few blocks to Lake Geneva Riviera Beach for a fun day on the sand! Explore the lake with a tour through Lake Geneva Cruise Line or rent your own boat at Marina Bay Boat Rentals. The public boat launch is just down the street! Enjoy renowned golf courses and other recreational activities including boating, fishing, skiing, ice skating, sledding, and zip lining. Don’t forget all the festivals and special events! The larger bathroom with the double vanity and soaking tub is located on the second level with the three bedrooms. The lower level has a half bath and an on suite full bathroom with walk in shower. Parking: 8 cars can be parked in the driveway of the unit. Additional Information: The home does have a fireplace. It does not have a fire-pit. For insurance reasons, guests are unfortunately not allowed to use the fireplace. We are always available to answer any questions you may have prior to booking your stay. We really enjoyed walking on the shore path (all the way to Williams Bay!), shopping and dining in town, and a cocktail across the street at Maxwell Mansion. The house is nicely updated, lots of space, and well equipped (towels, kitchen). We ran into issues with communication as the house was under construction removing use of the basement without notice, foot tracks in the house, 1st floor bathroom had been used/not cleaned, and front door lock pad did not work. This home was spacious, clean and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the home at the large dining room table. We shared food, drink and played the board games that we brought. Three of us had our own wonderful bedrooms and two women shared a bedroom each with their own bed. Very spacious for us. Close to downtown. We walked down to catch the lake boat cruise. This was one of the best rentals we've stayed in. The home was tastefully decorated and very clean. The location was great. As a group aged 55+ we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (downtown, boat tour, walking trail, etc.). The beds were very comfortable. Unlike other rentals we've stayed in, there were plenty of paper products (toilet paper, tissues, paper towel) and plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. I would recommend this rental to anyone going to Lake Geneva. ##### Andrea W. We enjoyed the closeness of the home to be able to walk to downtown Lake Geneva as well as the proximity to the lake to go on our boat charter. There was plenty of space in the driveway for parking and the house was great as well. It had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen and just general supplies.
