Dear Guest, thanks for your kind opinion. Really hope you'll decide to come back and visit us again for a longer stay, above all to test all of our services! Our free shuttle bus grants 8 going-back runs all over the day: it's not possible to do more than this due to organizing reasons. But we are at everyone's disposal for extra runs (according to availability, of course) with a little surcharge, as an alternative to a taxi service. Moreover there's another free shuttle bus, the city one, offering some runs at different times! Sorry for not giving you the food choice you expected to find, but we didn't know about any particular dietary need: we have several Guests asking for something little different, since they are vegetarian or coeliacs or intolerant to something..... We always ask to report everything to the reception above all to know you better and trying to give you the better service as possible! As for air conditioning in the restaurant, truly there is, but as you've already written we have over 30°C in the last 2 weeks and some days it was such as 38°C at 10 a.m.: with windows all around the restaurant and sun shining high, it was maybe a little difficult to perceive a nice temperature into there...... But thank you for pointing out: we'll try to be ready next time, trying to improve everything and letting you have a better stay! Waiting for you back soon, we remain at your disposal. Best regards

Schön, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt bei uns im Haus rundum zufrieden waren. Wie Sie selber schreiben, wir haben ein freier Shuttle Bus und dazu gibt auch von der Stadt ein anderer freier Shuttle Bus,weil wir von Zentrum zirka 1 Km entfernt sind. Das kann man gut auf unserer Webseite sehen, genauso wie auf der Mappe von Expedia. Das Team aus dem hotel Eden sagt noch einmal vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt und wünscht Ihnen alles Gute!

Buon giorno from hotel Eden dear Mr. Gerrit. Thank you very much for your review and stay. It's a pity you didn't ask us for a late check-out and late breakfast. On request can our guests stay also 1-2 hours more. And also you can stay all day in the swimming pool or by sky bar in whirpool and in the garage too, of course - free. We have also a courtesy room with towels, where you can take a shower and free baggage deposit . We wish you good luck and hope to welcome you again in our hotel. Kind regards

It's a real boost to the staff when they get a good review and feel their efforts are appreciated. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience about slow WIFI and air condition. When we knew, you would have preferred a lower temperature in the room, we could give you an electric fan. On request we gave allways free an electric fan to our guests. Our WIFI is free and works very well, we never had a complaint for wifi. It's a shame that you didn't ask to the Reception who should help you. We do hope to welcome you again in the future and to provide the best service for you. Kind regards.
