Amazing location, fantastic hotel, great service
All in all, it was simply amazing place, very good service and awesome location. The minor thing comes from the booking system from hotels.com ( apparently it’s Expedia). When you book for a 2 adults and a kid, you do mention that the age of the kid. In our instance our daughter is 10 but on the booking it stated infant / baby. So the room booked did not match the size of the family, and ended up in some discussions which are not the best when you just had a very long driving travel and you have done nothing wrong. Other than this everyone was very friendly and the place is really very well kept directly on the lake away from the noisy street and with very good restaurant onsite and nearby. We will surely come back.

Beautiful Garda Lake
We were only booked for one night since we were traveling from Tuscany to Munich and wanted to break up the trip with a stay on the lake. We we checked in, we were given a very nice room but with no view of the lake. However, when we returned from a short stroll of the area, we received a call from the front desk asking if we would be interested in an upgrades room courtesy of the owner. We were shown 2 lovely rooms with a balcony overlooking the lake. How could we refuse? Later at dinner, the owner entertained us by having a little fun with me. This is a charming little hotel where I would be happy to visit again.

Best time ever
What a fantastic place to stay,friendly family run hotel,with most accommodating staff.Food fresh and delicious,Pietro and Mamma Anna amazing and make a great team.all the staff were fantastic especially Monica and Jennifer always smiling and great with the children.we felt well cared for and important. the area is beautiful and immaculate with a bakery,supermarket,deli and little toy shop.Transport to other areas very easy. we had the best time thanks all.

Lovely hotel right on the lake.
We were warmly welcomed to the hotel at reception and shown around all the facilities. (At some hotels you just get your room key and directions to it) Spotless room with aircon. Help yourself buffet breakfast was excellent and so was the restaurant food. Pietro was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Best to reserve a table at busy times. We visited most of the resorts on the lake and found Brenzone to be a relaxing place to return to and wind down. The ferry stops right outside the hotel and the bus stop is a short walk away.Verona is a nice day out by bus (change at Garda). We were given vouchers at reception which give discounts on bus and ferry tickets if you buy in advance. You don't have to use the bus tickets on the day of purchase ... you validate them when you board the bus. No swimming pool, but the lake is only yards away with steps provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Hotel Brenzone. The management and staff could not have been more helpful. Our "Premier" twin room was comfortable and well appointed having been recently refurbished. Breakfast was a continental style buffet with a variety of cereals, pastries and bread. In addition there were eggs to boil, a toaster, fresh fruit, coffee and a variety of teas. Most evenings we ate in the hotel's own restaurant "Ristorante al Vapor". The menu was varied but unpretentious and the food was well presented. The restaurant staff were friendly and their service professional. “Grilled Lake Garda Whitefish“ (always filleted at the table) was a firm favourite. The prices appeared to be competitive for the area. The Hotel is situated right next to a jetty and we found this ideal for boat excursions to the other towns round the Lake. We highly recommend the Hotel Brenzone and plan to stay there again at some point.

Beautiful Lago di Garda view!
Situated right at the Brenzone ferry stop, on a tiny marina surrounded by quaint bars and restaurants, this picturesque hotel provides a perfect place to spend a leisurely lake vacation. Our room was one of the newly renovated ones, and it had the most modern electronics that I have ever seen anywhere. The room itself was brand new, perfectly and richly decorated. Overall the newly refurbished rooms are perfectly done with fabulous views of the lake. I personally felt like the upgrade was well worth the fee.

Excellent friendly hotel
We wanted a small quiet location away from the main tourist spots but accessible to them. Brenzone fitted the bill admirably. Hotel Brenzone is a little dated, the decor being 1960's/70's but is pleasing enough and due to be refurbished this winter. For the amount we paid the hotel was excellent value and we would return and recommend to others

nice place for a romantic weekend, facing the lake and a nice, quiet garden. FOOD is fantastic, remember to eat at their restaurant in the evening, while watching the lake and the sun going down over the mountains. Enjoy!

Hotel Brenzone - great escape
Hotel Brenzone is perfectly located midway on Lake Garda, away from the maddening crowds that you would encounter in some of the larger villages. There is excellent bus service available nearby for exploring other towns. We were glad we upgraded to a room with a balcony, as the view of Lake Garda is spectacular. We were impressed with the excellent food in the restaurant & the locals said that it is the best fish restaurant in Brenzone, our fish choices were fresh & delicious. Although, there isn't a pool, there is a good size garden with lots of lounges available & several chairs right on the lake. in front of the hotel. The breakfast was huge, with a good choice of meats & cheese, boiled eggs, fruits, breads, cereal, yogurt & baked goods. The ferry stop is right out the front door. The market in Malcesine was a find. Excellent goods and prices. The cable car to Mt. Baldy is in Malcesine and we were impressed with the number of excellent (well marked) trails. Mountain pastures with cows & bells & an occasional cuckoo bird chiming in. A good restaurant at the top too, but we packed a lunch to enjoy on the trail. We were glad that we were not booked in some of the larger hotels that are all over the lake, you would miss the local charm that the experience of staying at Hotel Brenzone offers. In Balzano, about an hour & a half North, we spent an afternoon viewing Otzi, the 5,300 year old iceman, who was discovered frozen in ice with all his possessions. A fascinating exhibit worth the trip.

Brilliant staff and food was superb
The hotel location is ideal as right on the doorstep of Brenzone ferry port which gives you access to the whole of the lake. The staff were so friendly, bike hire is free although was unavailable the day that we wanted to use them but the staff went out of their way to help us - getting us a fan for the room when requested. The rooms were hot and suffered from no air conditioning but the views and setting far outweighed this. The water also needed to run for a long time to get warm in the shower. The food was brilliant and the house specials were so good that we ended up eating at the hotel 4 nights in a row

Das familiengeführte Hotel hat eine super Lage durch den tollen Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Zimmer sind alle unterschiedlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren in der Belvedere Suite und waren begeistert von der Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit. Eine Klimaanlage die man sehr gut einstellen kann und ein Kühlschrank sind ebenfalls Bestandteil des Zimmers. Der Blick vom großen Balkon ist ein Traum. Die Poolanlage und der Garten sind toll angelegt. Der Pool ist auch für kleine Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Der Service im Restaurant ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, man kann sich Kaffeespezialitäten und Eierspeisen in jeglicher Form bestellen. Die Freundlichkeit beim Empfang ist exzellent. Wir sind mit 2 Kindern und Hund angereist. Wir haben nix zu beanstanden und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich bald wieder Gäste in diesem tollen Hotel sein.

Uitstekend Hotel, wij zijn volledig in de watten gelegd en als koning behandeld! Lokatie is uitstekend ligt tussen twee grote toeristische plaatsen in, ook heeft het hotel eigen parkeerplaatsen voor de Hotel gasten. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en zeer lekkere koffie, tevens geheel kosteloos fietsen en Sup surfboards beschikbaar. Voor herhaling vatbaar...

Wunderbar geführtes Hotel
So ein schönes 3 Sterne Hotel haben wir nicht erwartet. Eigentlich schmeicheln die Bilder immer... so unsere Erfahrung. Nicht jedoch im Hotel Brenzone! Wir haben kurzentschlossen den Urlaub verlängert.... und auf jeden Fall werden wir im nächsten Jahr wieder dort hin reisen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit modernen Zimmer.
Kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Liegt direkt in Brenzone am Bootsanlegeplatz/Seeufer. Optimal geeignet für Ausflüge mit dem Boot. Zentrale Lage im Ort. Empfehlenswertes Restaurant gleich im Hotel. Wir hatten das Glück, ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer mit sehr schöner Aussicht zu bekommen.

Siisti pieni ja ihanan rauhallinen kodikas hotelli, jonka ravintola Al Vapor oli kiitettävä hinta/laatu- suhteeltaan. Ravintolan sydän P..... osasi hommansa. Hotelli sijaitsee pienessä kylässä ja on sijainniltaan erinomainen, jos hakee rauhaa eikä niinkään bilettämistä. Aamiainen oli kiitettävä, runsas ja monipuolinen! Henkilökunta oli tosi avuliasta.

Schrecklicher Service
Das war der schlimmste Aufenthalt. Wir kamen abends nach einer 9 Std Autofahrt im Hotel an und wurden in ein mickriges Hotelzimmer 'upgraded'. Nach einer Beschwerde wurden wir dann in das korrekte Zimmer gebracht. Es gab Probleme weil wir ein Baby und kein Kind haben, da es kein Babybett sondern nur eine Couch gab. Ab dem nächsten Tag konnten wir ein Bett haben, aber das kostet natürlich 10€ extra. Bei unserer Buchung stand dabei, dass parken inkl ist, dass wurde aber lange dementiert. Inzwischen ist es schon nach 9 Uhr. Wir haben noch nichts gegessen, dass Baby wird quengelig und der Hund muss noch Gassi gehen. Der Parkplatz vom Hotel ist nicht beim Hotel, sondern 5-10 geh Minuten entfernt auf der hauptstr die keinen Bürgersteig hat. Es gibt eine handgemalte Karte um zu erklären, wo man parken soll und mein Mann findet es erst nach guten 45 min suchen. Im Hotel restaurant wollten wir am zweiten Abend Wein trinken. In dem Moment in dem man rausfand das wir nicht essen wollen, wurde uns der Tisch weggenommen und gegen einen Plastik Tisch ausgetauscht, damit essende Gäste an einem schönen Tisch sitzen können. Besagte Gästen war es sehr peinlich wie wir behandelt wurden und haben sich mehrer Male entschuldigt, aber nicht der Kellner. Das Hotel selbst ist in Ordnung. Es war alles relativ neu. Der Boden in unsrem Hotelzimmer war zwar immer schmutzig aber dafür war das Bad sehr sauber. Das wi-fi hat nur in der Hotel Lobby funktioniert, sonst nirgends.

Vi likte oss på hotel Brenzone!
Vi bodde på hotel Brenzone i to netter for å være nær Gardasjøen. Selve Brenzone var ikke mye å trakte etter, men vi er glad for at vi bodde her, litt avsides fra "sentrum". Hotellet er fint, men med veldig små rom. Restauranten og dens betjening var helt fantastisk og vi spiste der begge kveldene. Frokosten viste seg å være den beste vi fikk på hele vårt to-ukers opphold i Nord-Italia. Ingen sandstrand på utsiden, men mye steiner. Det går fint an å bade, men er ikke noe ideelt sted. Vi er veldig fornøyde med vårt opphold og hadde gladelig bodd på hotel Brenzone igjen! :)

Het hotel is erg huiselijk ingericht. Wij vonden dit erg gezellig. Enig minpuntje was de gehorigheid tussen de kamers. De badkamer kende een vreemde indeling, zo moest je altijd door de douche naar het toilet. De service en de maaltijden waren prima. Dit gold natuurlijk ook voor de ligging: direct aan het meer ontbijten en dineren. Super!

Hotel Brenzone e Villa del Lago
Hotel liegt optimal am Gardasee in sehr ruhiger Lage und zum Glück etwas abseits von der Hauptverkehrsstraße. Freundlicher Familienbetrieb und sehr nettes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und zum Abendessen braucht man nicht das Hotel verlassen, weil die Küche ausgezeichnet ist. Baden, Radfahren, Wandern oder einfach Entspannen sind hier sher gut möglich. Fahrräder können sich im Hotel gegen eine kleine Gebür ausgeliehen werden. Bis zum "Monte Baldo" sind es nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Garage für den Pkw (10,00 Euro/Tag) wird verschlossen und befindet sich 3 Geh-minuten vom Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick und Balkon, was ausgezeichnet war. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und verfügen über keinen Kühlschrank. Sauberkeit im Zimmer und WC könnte etwas besser sein. Insgesamt passt das Preis- und Leistungs- verhältnis für ein 3* Haus. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

Freundliche Inhaberin und freundliches Personal. Legales Parken ca. 500 m bergauf in einer Garage für 10 Euro pro Tag. Das Economy-Zimmer war sehr bescheiden. Insbesondere das Bad war extrem eng und klein. Nach Aussage der Chefin, soll nächstes Jahr alles renoviert werden. Dafür war das Essen und Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Die Lage direkt am See ist super.

Eine sehr nette Familie, die das Hotel betreibt und sich sehr kundenorientiert und freundlich um die Gäste kümmert. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind ok. Nichts Herausragendes aber besser als ich es bei einem 3 Sterne Hotel in IT erwartet habe. Lage ist gut. Direkt am See. Direkt am Bootssteg der "Fähre". Sehr gutes Frühstück und tolles Abendessen im Restaurant.
