"I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The property was clean, well maintained, and the room was comfortable and tidy. The breakfast area was spacious and organized, with a good variety of food options available each morning, which made breakfast enjoyable. The only downside during my stay was the bathroom shower drain, which appeared to be clogged. Every time I took a shower, the water would build up quickly and it felt like standing in a puddle. It was inconvenient and something that should be addressed by maintenance. Aside from that issue, everything else was good, and I would still consider staying here again."

"Parking is on a quiet street behind the hotel and in a safe garage for a small extra fee. The courtyard with the fish is gorgeous (once finished renovating). The hot springs and the lake view are worth the detour."

"The place was truly amazing, and we were captivated by the breathtaking view. The only downside was the BBQ, which, unfortunately, was spoiled and couldn't be used. Despite that, we highly recommend The Lodge and definitely plan to return in the future. Hopefully, by then, the BBQ issue will be resolved, allowing us to enjoy a meal while fully watching the stunning sunset."

"Our experience here was not so great. The door locks very glitchy, most times won’t open from first time, sometimes we had to swipe the card like 4 or 5 times To get it to open. Can’t use the Luggage cart By yourself, Only With hotel staff. Walls and fans were dusty, the floors very squeaky, It was hard to sleep, hearing people walking above. Cabinet door was almost falling off, cracked and peeling paint in some places. This place can definitely use some maintenance. The curtain closure handle was broken. No microwave in the room. One day there was no pool towels. And lots of debris from the trees floating in a pools. But the pool water was nice and warm."
