The only problem, which we are still experiencing isnthat our room keys stop working since last night. We had to get the front desk to open our room.

The room didn't seems as tidy as my last visit. I woke up for church Sunday morning on my way out I seen the maids in the hallway. And out of curtasy I notified them that my room was empty. She asked what room I was in I told her. When I got back later in the afternoon the room was still not serviced the lady had gone down the hallway and missed my room. I asked her for my bedsheets and towels so that I can just do it myself. She didn't have the bed size because she never had my room on the list until another lady pointed it out to her on her list. It was okay I guess I made it work. Maybe I'll try the Moreno valley one next time.

It was at a good location for the reason I went to Lake Elsinore. The only down was that I could here all the noise of toilets or showers running at night. Breakfast opinions were good.

It was super loud and not good sound proof.
Our room was next to to the lobby and elevator. They didn’t give us any other available options.
Our reservation was two days in a row for same room that they made us check out and check in again. They whole check in is just old school and not efficient. The main thing was that we couldn’t get good night sleep.

Didn’t service our room for 3 days. Maid service said we had our do not disturb sign each time they checked and we definitely took it off before we left each day between 11:00AM and 12:00PM. They wouldn’t even comp us any extra discounts.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved the breakfast and the food. Custodian super helpful in letting us into the pool. Beds were comfortable. The mirror in the bathroom was nice and bright. The only thing that could have made it better was fixing the USB ports (None of them worked) and lock for pool.

Clean, pleasant staff, nice breakfast. But couch functional but broken. No bedding or blanket in room for it, had to go down to get it. Since I paid extra for there to be an extra person, I would’ve expected room to have . Plus pool had no towels, shouldn’t have to go to the office for everything.
