### Lakes Edge at Lake Conjola

Summary:  
3-bedroom Lake Conjola waterfront home with private jetty and fireplace, just 2km to the beach, perfect for fishing and lakeside relaxation. Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. BYO linen or contact our office for linen hire service details.  
  
The Space:  
This Lake house is where great childhood and family memories are made.  
  
This property has lake access from your back door with its own private jetty. You can try your luck at fishing or relax and read a book whilst listening to the kids have the time of their lives.  
  
Take a short 2km stroll to the beach and build a sand castle or stay and watch the sunset on the horizon.  
  
Please note, This property is not pet friendly and does NOT provide wifi.  
  
Grab a bite to eat or a game of barefoot bowls at the local Lake Conjola Bowling club located just around the corner. This property has everything you need for that great getaway including fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Air conditioning in dining room, wood fireplace, gas BBQ with lake views and more.  
  
A small amount of firewood will be provided to start you off, once this wood has been used, guests are required to supply their own firewood. Bags of firewood can be purchased from the Lake Conjola Liquor and general store, just down the road from this property.  
  
Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.  
  
If you would like to hire serviced linen, please contact Scott at South Coast Linen Hire at and Scott will happily assist you with all of your linen needs.  
  
Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.  
  
Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

The Neighborhood:  
Lake Conjola is a quiet village located only a short 15 minute drive to the heart of Milton and offers an abundance of outdoor activities. If you enjoy surfing, fishing, water skiing, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding or even a social round of barefoot bowls, then Conjola is for you!  
  
Never fear if you dont own your own boat, the Lake Conjola Post office has you covered. Hire a boat for a couple of hours or half a day and explore the lake and its estuaries or just enjoy a spot of fishing. Fishing tackle, bait and supplies are available at Lake Conjola Post Office Store. A boat licence or experience are not required for the runabouts. You can also hire canoes or kayaks and explore the waterways.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Lakes Edge at Lake Conjola does not provided serviced linen.  
Guests are required to bring bed sheets, bath and beach towels.  
Guests are required to bring all pantry, personal and toiletry items, including additional toilet paper for the length of their stay.

We had a great week staying at the house. Excellent fishing off the jetty and lots of time spent on our paddle boards. House layout is is very good with teenagers as they had there own space.

Great spot and nice area. Loved the water right out the back door. Good selection of toys and movies for the kids on rainy days. Overall great stay and would love to go again. Only thing is the house is a bit dated, smelt a little musky. I think the cleaners need to pull the curtains etc down for a spring clean.

#### Nostalgia Birthday Trip

Good place to do some nostalgic things. Family holidays of 40-50 years ago down here were remembered in a beautiful scenic ideal location. Weather was good for us with gorgeous mornings and light and fine afternoons and evenings. Hundreds of birds were fed out ‘front’ on the verandah. We fed the fish off the jetty (tried fishing). All round great stuff.

The best thing about this property is its amazing lakefront location. The house itself is a little dated but could easily be improved with a few cosmetic changes. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

Great location and view. house was very adequate, just lacking a few things. One kitchen garbage bag , no dishwashing liquid, only 2 dishwasher tablets for 3 nights, no soap in showers, no kitchen paper towel roll, general cleaning products seemed non existent, couldn't operate the clothes dryer, oven door didn't shut properly and the extras in the pantry seemed paltry like pepper and salt and 6 tea bags and foil and glad wrap didn't seem enough.
