Quiet neighborhood. CONS: Very misleading listing leads one to believe it is on Lake Congamond. It is NOT. Pictures showing the lake are from an extremely small area several blocks away, with houses and fences separating about 20 foot wide access. The washer/dryer was in the basement by necessity but junk was piled everywhere (see pictures).Listing indicates LP BBQ. Yep, 4 of them, not one I'd want to put food on. Plus a tent type car port, full of more "junk". This place has potential if a couple of truckloads of junk was removed. Not sure how it got a 10 of 10 rating.
