Great place with lake view!
Very nice place with amazing lake view! Staff is very friendly! Breakfast croissants were fresh and warm and delicious, good cappuccino etc. Loved our stay and definitely recommend.

Hard to find
Jessica was very helpful. Not many restaurants nearby. Ate at the chinese restaurant twice and it was very good. Parking was great.

More like a hotel than a B&B - heartily recommend
Fantastic 4 days in Italy and this B&B is doing itself a dis-service by calling itself a B&B - as more like a Hotel. Great accommodation, great breakfast, friendly and very helpful hosts - would definitely use again

Azzano Holidays B&B is not a B&B ! Reception : situated on the 1st floor, its liked a convenience store. They sold newspapers, reviews, etc.; also a pastry shop with tables and chairs. In the background, a small room were they served breakfast. Its seems a playing room in the evening… with some machines… Then we have to go outside to get our room. Outside, there are some durty garden equipment, near the entrance door. Inside, the rug and floor are very dirty. Then we go by stairs to our room. The 1st and 2nd floor seem to be located apartments (long term), dirty floor, we are lodged on the 3st floor. The stairs to go to our room are clean, the room too. We pay for a lake view, but it wast'n the reality. The view was very far, behind building, and looking at the window (4 feet high) we haven't the view. We must put our kneens down the floor to see something. But the room was clean. Breakfast in the playing room was OK but table not very clean. Difficult to find a good restaurant for the dinner. This building is situated on a corner, with a lot of traffic, during the day and THE NIGHT. Unfortunately, we reserved two nights at this place…

Great hotel with lovely warm staff who don't speak great English by so they shouldn't as they're Italian. Lovely location, GREAT air conditioning and will not hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is priced right, especially considering that Zurich is a very expensive place. The hotel is brand-new, modern looking. The breakfast is excellent. Everything is just right about this hotel.

Great place.
Situated above a corner bar, this a great place to base yourself to explore Lago di Como. Located between Lenno and Tremezzo, it is a short, if at times a little hazardous (exciting?)walk to each of these towns. The staff friendly and the included breakfast very nice. The rooms are modern and clean. Free parking plentiful. Short and beautiful walk to Villa di Balbianello.

Beautiful view
Bit hard to find when in traffic, but found it. Lovely welcome and lots of help with parking and luggage. Room had a lovely view of Lake Como with a little veranda you could sit on . Nice locality especially if you were holidaying there for a week or more. Lovely to walk around the Lake. The proprietors were very helpful and friendly. Really great overnight stopover.

Great hotel in a beautiful area on Lake Como
We really enjoyed our stay at Azzano, we rented two rooms, both were great. Breakfast was really good and the rooms were modern, spacious and very clean. It was an enjoyable hotel. We visited Bellinzona and that was a bit far away, but the drive was pretty along the lake. I would like to stay here again sometime.

The room was fine, the breakfast ok, but you had to pay extra for wifi and they would only take cash for the internet so you had to pay for your room by CC that was fine but then extra cash for internet. Mickey Mouse set-up

Lille hyggeligt hotel som er pænt og rent. Værelset var et 4 mandsværelse og det var en ok størrelse. Balcon var lille og ikke specielt brugbar. Morgenmad var fin.

Ich hatte Ihnen bereits gesagt, dass ich mich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldige, da ich aus dringenden persönlichen Gründen an diesem Tag nicht im Büro war. Wie gesagt, ich habe es vorgezogen, hier zu bezahlen. Es wurde jedoch zurückgezahlt, sodass diese Bewertungen nutzlos und unangebracht sind

Piacevole soggiorno sul lago
Ottima struttura per la sua categoria, accogliente e ben attrezzata, con personale cortese e disponibile. Camera confortevole, con splendida vista dal balconcino. Bagno pulito e funzionale, dotato di ampia finestra oltre che di aria condizionata/riscaldamento (regolabile in camera e bagno). Buona posizione per raggiungere in auto le attrazioni della zona. Comodo parcheggio riservato. Ottima colazione a buffet. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Sistemazione comoda per passeggiare tra i borghi e in riva al lago. Personale cordiale e colazione nella media. Camera non troppo soddisfacente per quattro persone forse meglio segnalare massimo 3 ospiti per camera.

Simple et parfait !
Hôtel "basique" mais idéal. Nous avons adoré l'accueil, le ménage très propre, les accès, le parking très facile (pourtant nous y étions mi-août!), la situation parfaite, les horaires d'ouverture larges, la boutique en dessous (pâtisseries, boissons, magazines,...). Chambre et salle de bains grandes et bien aérées + climatisation fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner agréable : dans une arrière-salle sans fenêtres mais copieux (viennoiseries chaudes...), malgré le fait que ça commence tard (8h) et que c'est tous les matins les mêmes mets qui sont proposés. Mais nous et les enfants avons tout de même appréciés pendant ces 6 jours. Certes le style (décoration, meubles...) est un peu "vieillot" mais on y a très bien dormi et le personnel était charmant ! Nous le recommandons.

Ett fint litet B&B/Hotell med utsikt över sjön. Bra service men lite svårt med incheckningen då man fick checka in i kiosken under ingången till hotellet. Ca 2km att gå till stora gatan med restauranger och ganska trafikerad väg utanför hotellet. I sin helhet ett fint hotell med bra ac och fin utsikt med balkong!

Hyvä hotelli
Tasokkaampi huone kuin osasin odottaa. Todella siistiä ja viimeaikoina kunnostettu. Parvekkeelta näköala järvelle. Lähistöllä muutama hyvä ravintola. Kävellen liikkuminen alueella hankalaa, koska kävelyteitä ei ole. Hyvää vastinetta rahalle!

Azzano Holidays di Mezzegra.
Vi prøvede 3 gange at kontakte Pensionen telefonisk men vi kunne ikke tale med vedkommende da han ikke talte engelsk eller tysk. Det er et problem når der er meget kort tidsramme til at checke ind på. Det var et dejligt ophold på pensionen Bett and Breakfast i Mezzegra, dog savnede vi at håndklæder samt bademåtte blev skiftet oftere når opholdet strækker sig over en hel uge.

Sehr kleiner Raum mit Dachschrägen. Balkon nicht brauchbar, da man nicht aufrecht stehen kann, da Dach zu nahe. Minifernseher. Zimmer nur über steile Treppen erreichbar. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbüffet!

Facile da trovare, facile da raggiungere
Attraversando il paese di Tremezzina si individua facilmente l'albergo e lo si raggiunge senza alcun problema di parcheggio. L'accoglienza è senza problemi nell'annesso bar/reception. La struttura è rinnovata, ben tenuta, pulitissima e funzionale. Nelle stanze essenziali non manca nulla compresa una vista mare dal balconcino. Mancando l'ascensore l'accessibilità ai piani delle stanze (2° e 3°) può costituire per qualcuno una difficoltà insormontabile. A parte ciò il soggiorno è piacevole e raccomandabilissimo.

Azzano Holidays Bed & Breakfast was a positive surprise. The B&B seems newly renovated with very tidy and fresh rooms. Our room had a small balcony with a nice view. There are no elevator but the staff carried our luggage up to the top floor. Free parking and fine breakfast. The B&B is combined with a cafe / bar on the ground floor, which was a positive experience as we could have a coffee, drink or icecream whenever we wanted.

B&B am Comer See
Das Hotel war relativ schlecht ausgeschildert, und wir mussten mehrmals im Ort hin und her fahren bevor wir es zu Fuß erreicht haben. Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Hauptstraße. Die Hotelzimmmer sind alle im Obergeschoss (Dachgeschoss). Unser Zimmer war zum Hof und mit Bergaussicht. Wir hatten Glück, dass das Zimmer etwas weiter von der Straße entfernt war, deshalb hat der Straßenlärm uns nicht gestört. Das Zimmer hatte eine funktionierende Klimaanlage und war sauber. Das im Internet beschriebene SAT-TV funktionierte nicht. Satelitensystem ist zusammengebrochen, das Kabelfernsehen (über eine Box) funktionierte zwar, zeigte aber ausschließlich italienische Kanäle und funktionierte nicht richtig (Kanäle fingen an zu laufen, plötzlich wurde stumm etc.). Die Besitzer konnten die Kabelbox auch nicht in Ordnung bringen. Der SAT-Receiver stand dort einfach so, die Besitzer wollten den nicht reparieren. Der Fenstervorhang im Bad/WC war durchsichtig, und wir mussten uns mit einen Badetuch behelfen. Das Frühstück war dem 2* B&B angemessen. Eine Sorte Schinken, eine Sorte Käse, Brötchen, Joghurts, Müsli, Obst und Kuchen/Gebäck. Der Kaffee war ok. Die Besitzer konnten kein Deutsch, ein Paar Brocken Englisch und ansonsten Italienisch. Alles in allem die Lage in der Nähe der teueren Villen und Hotels am Comer See (bis zum See ca. 5 Min zu Fuß) an der Hauptstraße.

Ligger lidt udenfor alting. Ingen bademuligheder (i søen) i nærheden, men rent, pænt og stort værelse - fint til 4. Ved ankomst en mandag er butikken lukket, så medbring evt drikkelse.

Upea pikkuhotelli lähellä rantaa
Aivan mahtava sijainti, c10 bussi vie suoraan ovelle. Parvekkeella ihana istua ja katsella järvelle. Vastapäätä kauppa, ravintoloita. Kävelymatkan päässä ihana viininmaisteluravintola Cantina Follie ja monia muita upeita paikkoja. Veneellä pääsee esim Bellaggioon, joka on upea paikka.

sono rimasta sorpresa perché nonostante sia un 2 stelle ho trovato la camera moto bella, spaziosa e pulita. Vista sul lago e comodo per spostarsi.
