Although we only had 8 people (it sleeps 16), you can tell the owners want to be sure that it not only sleeps 16 but has enough of everything for 16 - dishes, seating, towels, etc. They even had two coffee makers that were kept busy with the 8 of us! "Amazing Views is by far the very BEST of all properties and locations we have ever stayed at! Our group of 5 stayed for extended ladies weekend. Two sisters shared the main suite, with everyone else in their own room and space. Two bathrooms with 5 ladies is a must, and the Jack-and-Jill bathroom on 2nd floor was very nice. House well stocked with what you need(kitchen/bath etc) The Host, Brett, was wonderful to work with and addressed things immediately if we had a question. This trip was planned as a gift to my 80+ year old parents, especially dad, so we could go to the National Eagle Center in Wabasha, 20 min down the road.
