« This guest lodge is lovely and modern and is located in a good location that is both walkable and convenient. The service needs to be improved a bit as the breakfast often started late and took too long to arrive to the table so it wasn't convenient for folks that were eating on the go before work. "This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hôtels like that. "
