Room was very clean, nice and quiet. Breakfast was not acceptable for a Quality Inn. There was no fruit (juice machine was not working and there were no other fruit options. The only protein was hot dogs! Hot dogs are not a healthy protein option. There were no eggs, or cream cheese, or peanut butter, or yogurt. Cereal, bread, waffles and coffee are not healthy offerings.

GREAT STAY
The staff was very friendly and Helpfull . The room was clean and spacious.The parking was well lit at night . The location was also good because it was within minutes from restraunts and shopping centers . Overall had a great expeeience . Well definitely stay in the future.

This place was absolutely the WORST hotel EVER!! I had mold and mildew in my room! The beds are not queen sized they are full size beds! I mentioned this to the staff and all he had to say, sorry!! I want my money back!!!

Checked in and went to our room. Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. However, whenever we got to our room we found MOLD in the sofa sleeper, the room stank and the microwave was absolutely disgusting! Their was food left in it from who knows how long ago! I really should have taken photos to prove all of this but I was so disgusted, along with my wife and kids, that we shot out of the room and I asked for another one. Like I said the guy was very friendly at the front desk and he gave us a new room immediately! Second room was much better although the bar wasn’t set high at all! I get that a microwave could have been missed when cleaning the room but mold on the couch took the cake! Breakfast was a joke. Bread and waffles. That’s it. Nothing more except coffee and juice. Never staying here again! Do not waste your money. My kids had fun at the pool but that was absolutely the ONLY thing!

Unfortunately this place was horrible in terms of cleanness, we have to event both our own pillow as the smell was terrible. All corners of the room were dirty with "sticky" organic material. And forget to get a "Continental Breakfast" offered as part of the room.... a complete disaster !!!

I checked in great. The first room that was issued was already preoccupied. The second room issued made up but after further inspection of the bed, the bed sheet was not fresh and the pillow cases were soiled from the previous tenant. I brought the pillow down stairs to show and complain. A third room was issued and was acceptable. No TV remote in this room.

This place looks nice in pictures but smells like mildew. The room had mildew around the window seal. The sheets were dingy on both beds. I requested a king bed but was given a double bed instead. The breakfast consists of waffles and cereal. I was thoroughly disgusted.

The property location according to their web site was a warehouse. The property did not exist. We had to stay elsewhere and spent $150 due to this. I am disputing the charges due to the fact it was a ripp off

The property definitely needs.to be updated lots of cosmetic damage. And I know you get what you pay fir but mold should never be it which was in the second room i had to move to because I didnt have a refrigerator like the description said. By the 3rd room I was tired from traveling all day and this was very late at night and had to keep repacking and moving all my stuff and I was over it so the missing handles and broken phone were the least of my concerns. The front desk man was nice but the manager was no help and didnt even offer anything after all my trouble and being the reason I ended up in the room with the mold.

I give an overall fair stay. It was convenient. The room was pretty clean. The air conditioning had a mind of its own. They advertise a continental breakfast which is not correct. The breakfast was at 6 am and the only thing they had at that time was toast and cereal.

First...i booked a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. Checked in and ended up with 2 queens no living area and definitely no jacuzzi not even a tub! No other rooms available and manager owner or whatever he is told the desk clerk (Courtney, who was amazing) to have me call hotels.com and get them to refund some of the price..long story short it took me almoat 2 hours to finally reach an agreement so i was exhausted at this point. Laying down at night there were bugs on the ceiling...i took a pic of one! The stove didnt work and cabinets smelled musty. The pool was dirty and i was going to lay on one of the loungers but the leg was broke so had to rearrange to find one. Bathroom light was 95% out was a nightlight really. He advised he would fix it and never did! Positive stuff...the fridge was great and the desk clerk was extremely nice and genuine!

The facility advertises that they take pets and you pay an extra $25 when we got here it was approximately 1030 at night after having drove and 14 hours and we were told we could not check in because they no longer take pets after much conversation it was agreed that they would allow us to check in with my little 12 pound puppy and I payid the $25 I encourage them to change their website and show their updated policy

Paid through the website and once checked in, was informed that I had to pay an extra $50 deposit that I didn’t pay the night before. “Manager” was extremely rude about it. On the first night of being there discovered a dead roach floating in the toilet.

NEVER AGAIN!!
Never again! 35 minutes to check-in & I'm the only one in line, problems on their end. No phones in rooms. No clean-up in rooms even though I asked 5 times in the 2 day stay I they told me it would be cleaned. Came back 1st day @ 4pm room not cleaned they took the dirty towels etc. & never left any clean ones. I had requested 4 times to make sure I had clean towels wash rags. To top it off they had no Ice Machine that worked. The only 1 in the hotel & I had to tell them it was not working so I had to drive quarter mile to the Walmart & buy ice. The lower floor was under renovations so any amenities that I paid for they did not have, breakfast etc. Every time I needed something which was many I had to go down 3 floors & if someone was not behind the counter I had to look for the them or I had to wait in a line because they have no phones in the rooms. Worst stay ever for a Hotels.com reservation.

Renovations are looking good!
Still under renovation, but they have done a nice job updating and upgrading the older rooms. I have stayed here quite a few times while working in the area. Good value, especially if working long hours. No need spending high dollars for a place you only sleep at. Wish the Covid crap would end and get a regular breakfast already!
