Very private site with wonderful view of Lake Calcasieu. Located in a safe and unique neighborhood. RV is spotlessly clean. Essentials of life are there. I was there during extreme heat. I mean 108 heat index. Air Conditioning was very competent of keeping the place cool and comfortable. On top of it, tropical depression came through and shook the RV but it maintained. The only advise I can give is, if u r a big coffee drinker bring your own K Kups. No drip coffee maker. ##### John S. This was the perfect location for a relaxing weekend! The neighborhood is so quite and the property is located almost at the end of the neighborhood so we saw very few people. We are new to fishing and managed to catch so many catfish and a few crab! We also caught a few sting ray and an alligator gar. The only downside was that the WiFi didnt work for us when we wanted to watch the game - but we made it work by watching on our phone. Other than that we spent the entire time out on the pier. The owners were not joking when they say that this property has BEAUTIFUL sunsets. Overall it was great. However, please bring mosquito spray because they are treacherous. The minute we pulled up and opened our car door they just swarmed in and made their way inside the camper also but besides that, we loved the area, the fishing and stay was great. We caught many types of different fish It was all so relaxing . Started off rough with the mosquitos and rain but we ended up having a great time. We would like to return in the spring or winter when the mosquitoes or not so bad. ##### MONIQUE A.
