Bedroom #2 includes a California king size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #3 is an open loft that includes two queen size beds, a full-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. This home also includes two full bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash.
