The staff are nice. The room is clean. The hotel is located close to the bus stop which is good for a customer with big luggages. However, it’s quite a walk to go to the center. At night, I don’t feel comfortable walking alone to/from center. It’s maybe just me.

Pros: Overall great guys on the desk and super helpful. Nice clean rooms and great location Cons: Guests can smoke on the balconies and the smoke gets into your room through the ventilation. Also no umbrella offered for guests if raining.

The restaurant service was excellent. One criticism: the hotel advertises that it has parking on site but this is very limited

The property is located at 12min walk from the center, not extremely walkable but it's easier to park, quite hqrd in the centre. Kim was a manager on duty who helped me through when I had some troubles, thank you! Otherwise reqular hotel, overpriced for this standard but clean and mostly ok. nothing memorable

We liked this hotel very much. Easy walk to the train or bus station. Easy walk to centre ville and the lake. Wonderful grocery store two doors down. It was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was close to the road, but surprisingly very quiet.

Convenient & Comfortable
A reasonably short walk from the train station, and a friendly welcome on arrival. Not fancy, but it had all we needed - and in well kept condition. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Enjoyed the quite extensive breakfast buffet.

Annecy is a beautiful place to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. This hotel is super well located and easy to access from the train and bus stations. There are numerous nearby restaurants and shops and the city is easily walkable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we received a free upgrade upon arrival. The spa is affordable, clean and quiet, as is the rest of the hotel. I'm travelling with a child, so it's important that the area around the hotel is safe and well suited to visiting families. I found it to be both. Finally, it was a great breakfast with lots of choice that was well worth the extra cost. The hotel also has an easily accessible restaurant, great little workout room, convenient library and common meeting areas.

Highly recommended
Delighted with our recent stay at Best Western International Hotel, Annecy. Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely restaurant where we enjoyed late dinner and breakfast, and probably the best shower we have had all trip. We parked outside to unload our luggage and check in and then moved the car to the multi-storey carpark across the road for the duration of our trip. Grateful for the free night parking offer, a lovely gesture. We will definitely stay here when we return to Annecy.

It would be helpful to know beforehand that much of the dining is closed on Mondays. Situated on the edge of the areas we wished to visit means that when we come again, we will stay elsewhere

This a very standard hotel and therefore did provide value for its price tag. Lots of street noise because of single glazing. Description on website very unclear as to what was included: I was told breakfast wasn’t but it was (bonus), it mentioned a free hot tub but spa facilities were additional to the price paid. No fridge in the room. It would have been helpful if staff in the introductory email could have warned me about the Fete du Lac taking place that day as I had spend 2hrs finding parking and walking to the hotel - a really bad start to this stay

The wifi didn’t work at all (not even slightly). The gym wasn’t open, and the area around this is full of people doing drugs and who seem out of their minds. We asked for housekeeping to come because we had put a request in at 10:45am for it and at 5:30pm they had not done the room — they told us there was no housekeeping anymore. Just bad service and no amenities were functioning, so the rate was way too high for what we got.

Great stay
The hotel was very good. Nice rooms, great AC (it was very hot) breakfast was good, large variety and comfortable sitting area. Excellent parking arrangements just a sross the street (the cheapest parking we paid). Nice bar in the hotel and good service - not that close to the center 15 minutes walk. But the rest compansate it.
