Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location for visitors with car. Parking available, easy access to Annecy and close to highways and roads to make trips in the area. Room was clean. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Outside terrace to relax or eat. Only negative, no fixed wall shower, only hand held.

For being on the outskirts of Annecy this hotel was nicer and more convenient than we expected. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy bus to Annecy. Would recommend.

Only by car!
The hotel is adequate, if expensive for what you get. However, it is almost inaccessible other than by car as it is over 400 metres uphill of the bus stop. Annecy bus service is poor after 2100 and taxis are almost impossible to find after an evening out in the town. The hotel staff were very unhelpful when asked if they would arrange for a taxi - all that was offered was a telephone number that did not work. I do not expect to visit the hotel again.

Not too far from Annecy city centre.
Generally good. Only problem was a group of Italian schoolchildren. I needed a taxi in the morning and their bus had blocked the car park

Great for a quick night stay.
For what we needed, and the late booking in mid August, during the peak of summer travel/vacationing in the area, the hotel was fine. The rooms were small, the AC was not adequate, but it worked. The maids did not respect the do not disturb signs. The breakfast at the hotel was fine. The staff was always super friendly, and we never had any issues with their service. We would stay again. Easy location not far from town and it was quiet.

It was triple-sharing with one double bed in the main room and a double decker in another room (no door).There was an air conditioner in each room but the one in the double decker room didn't work. They knew about it before we moved in yet didn't seem to have done anything rectify it. We requested for another room but they couldn't. give Provided a fan instead. The hairdryer also didn't work. The elevator doors would sometimes refuse to close and when it descends, it would give a sudden 'plunge' feeling. But generally,the front desk staff were helpful in other ways and friendly.

Comfortable hotel for families
It was the perfect place to spend one night in Annecy. Easy to access from the highway, and easy to reach the points of interest in the city, however you must take the car.

Quiet and comfort hotel
Located in a quiet environment. But need own transport to move around. There is a coffee house serving meal throughout the day but I have no time to try it out. Less than 10 minutes drive to Lake Annecy.

Value for the Money
A little difficult to find since we had not visited Annecy for over 20 years. But this hotel redefines the cliche "value for the money" especially arriving after several pricey nights in Switzerland. The bathroom looks and feels very modern and the bed was superb. Definitely the best value of all our hotels on this trip.

Annecy Best Hotel
This was very difficult to find due to being on small road parallel to freeway. The room was just big enough but more than adequate for 2 nights. Staff helpful. Restaurant very reasonably priced.

Functional hotel with very good staff.
The staff were all very good and deserve to be working in a better hotel however the hotel itself isn't up to much. The family room was two double beds crammed into a space not much larger than them. The bathroom still had traces of earlier occupants which is never nice. The electrics seemed to be falling apart and one light was quickly discovered by our youngest child to be giving easy access to the internal cabling. Breakfast was better than it first appeared but at 36€ for our family, a little overpriced. Room had effective airco and wasn't noisy despite looking onto the motorway.
