Some lovely extra touches like a welcome basket and robes to wear on your stay, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with crockery etc. Plenty of different types of rugs and pillows available.Air con was only in the main living area but didn't impact our stay as weather was mostly mild, and there are fans in every room.The single bathroom / toilet was perfectly fine for 8 of us as there were 2 separate sinks available (in two different areas).I wouldn't say it was luxurious, as a little dated in fittings and furniture, but it was certainly a wonderful place to stay with everything you might need. You have the entire ground level to yourself. The property is brand new as of 2026, and the kitchen and bathrooms really feel luxurious. The whole place was incredibly clean. There are 2 massive TVs, and there is even some toys for younger kids. We enjoyed that 1 bedroom has a block-out shutter that made child's daytime naps nice and dark. Walk to the pub, supermarket, playground and lake. Great spot!!"
