The villa features a spacious, modern, and elegantly designed apartment—newly renovated for your comfort and style. Just an 8-minute walk from the iconic Teatro del Silenzio, you’ll be perfectly positioned to experience Andrea Bocelli’s world-famous open-air concert under the Tuscan stars. When it comes to location, this is as close as you can get to the magic of Tuscany’s most captivating stage.

The only sounds you’ll hear here are those of the tranquil natural surroundings. Enjoy a comfortable bedroom with memory foam mattresses, memory foam pillows, king-size beds in both bedrooms, crisp white cotton linens, and a large 75-inch Smart TV for your entertainment. The villa features 3 air conditioners for your comfort in all bedrooms and the living room, as well as heating during the winter.
We also offer state-of-the-art unlimited fiber-optic Wi-Fi with speeds up to 400 Mbps—perfect for digital nomads. Joining video conferences or browsing the web will be a breeze here.
The kitchen is equipped with luxurious SMEG appliances to ensure your comfort during your stay. This Tuscan kitchen features a SMEG stove/oven, SMEG electric kettle, SMEG dishwasher, large SMEG refrigerator, SMEG toaster, Bialetti Moka pot, and a microwave.
When you arrive, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions, with crisp white bed linens and towels. Our villa is strictly non-smoking. Failure to comply with this essential rule will result in a post-stay cleaning fee equal to half your deposit.

The property is close to the town center, with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.
You can enjoy breakfast at the local bakery, an aperitif at the local bar, dinner in the town center, or some artisanal Italian gelato. We offer free parking right in front of the apartment for your convenience. The residence is equipped with security cameras outside the home for your safety.

Check-in is self-service via a key box and security code provided at the time of booking.
The property manager is available 24 hours a day by phone for any needs.
Inside the house, you’ll find all the information you need to ensure a smooth stay and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

As is common in many small Tuscan towns, you may hear local dogs barking during the day when people walk by. Nights are generally quiet.
