It had a decent kitchen, and a nice outdoor area in the back. But the location was the best part of this stay. It was less than a five minute walk to the bay for excursions, restaurants, and shopping. It was also only a ten minute drive or so to get to a grocery store. The owners were also super responsive. The property is well located. A bit dated inside, but fair. The location and amenities nearby help compensate. Overall we had a good time. Note: I believe cleaning fee is too high given the limited furniture/no decoration, and small size of the property. Also insurance requirement is high and possibly unnecessary, it impacts the cost significantly.
