Ruoriniemi is high-class, bright apartment on the top floor, right next to Sibeius Hall, along the quiet beach road. The living room of the apartment offers a wonderful view of Lake Vesijärvi. The spacious living area continues to the roof terrace and glazed fitness balcony, from both of which you can admire the beautiful scenery and see the enchanting sunset in the evenings. The Cozy apartment is complemented by its own parking space, the services of the harbor area, good transport connections and the beach.  
170 m2 includes a kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, a spacious utility room, 2 toilets and a sauna room with bathtub. In addition, the apartment has a spacious open terrace and a glazed fitness balcony. The apartment has air conditioning and its own wifi.  
 Airport transfer is included in the apartment.  
Shopping center and Lahti City center services 2,5 km. Foodmarket, R-kioski, Kotipizza about 1km. The apartment is located in the harbor area. Sibelius Hall about 1 km. The Ironman competition village is located next to the Sibelius Hall
