Experience the time of your life in this spacious, clean studio unit. Located at the Maui Kai Condominium, 106 Kaanapali Shores Place Unit 407, Lahaina, HI 96761 on the north end 4th floor. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite specialties or you are walking distance from local markets, food trucks and nice restaurants. The bed is a very a comfortable King Size Bed. The bathroom shower and sink have great water pressure and bath towels and beach towels are provided. The lanai has sliding windows to close up in stormy weather or opened up on our normal trade wind weather days for the Hawaiian natural air conditioner. Close up the Unit to make the house A/C to work great! All the comforts of home at low rates all year round. Neal’s place was amazing, my husband and I had a very relaxing stay, with a gorgeous view (and the sound of waves right outside our window), the location was unbeatable, we visited 4 beaches during the 4 days we stayed, and all the beaches were 10-15 min away by car, the area has everything you’d need (a food truck park, cafes and restaurants, grocery stores), and the unit is well-stocked with everyday appliances. Above all, Neal was a big help, and went above and beyond in helping us with an accounting matter that we had, add we could not be more grateful for his open and friendly communication. We've stayed here multiple times and it's always clean, has everything you need to cook meals at home, the AC works great, and is in a beautiful area that is peaceful and quiet. The breeze throughout the day is great too. It has huge windows that open up and not only gives you the best view of the ocean, but a great ocean breeze you almost don't need the AC. It's walking distance to some great restaurants and bars, nice beach areas, and a food truck park. Checking-in was easy. Neal provides you with detailed instructions on how to get the keys and check in. He is always available and responds quickly should you have any questions or concerns. The whales were so active and it was amazing to sit and watch them for hours on end. The suite was clean and met our needs wonderfully. The kitchen was well supplied and having laundry in the building was very convenient. Checking in and out was simple. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Maui. The view was so amazing and memorizing. I didn’t want to leave. I miss the view, to see the whales, turtles, Clear water and the sound of the waves crashing 24/7 was absolutely amazing.
