When direct access is limited, a public beach access is available within a 5-minute walk. The automated check-in process went smoothly, and we didn’t mind the parking fee because it ensured we always had a space when we came back in the evening. The property was centrally located so that we were roughly 10 minutes away from all the beaches we wanted to go to, and there were no issues with rowdy guests or unfriendly staff. Our room (505) had an excellent view of the ocean and help was always available through VRBO. ##### William B. The property manager responded within minutes and was able to resolve the issue over the phone (tripped circuit) but was ready to come to the property right away. We responded to their email the next day and suggested pot holders for the unit only to have them deliver pot holders that day. The room was clean and they have thought of everything from beach chairs to a cooler. The view was fantastic and we did see whales from the balcony. ##### Andrea W.
