We absolutely loved this property located right on the ocean with a private beach steps from your condo. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and the beach chairs were a nice touch. We will definitely book this condo next year! The beautiful grounds were a bonus with papayas, bananas and even an herb garden. We love the location, the small beach and access to the pool. The beach has eroded quite a bit since our first stay but was sufficient. The condo was comfortable. Decent snorkle at the back, but close bays with amazing snorkeling. This property is very clean, grills are really nice, staff is kind, pool is great. Beautiful sunset over Molokai. Love the water descpencer by the pool, able to fill water pitchers and bottles for the condo and day trips, saves on having to buy more plastic when ur in a place like Maui. The condo has all essential stuff, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler. The views from the lanai are ok, but the property has a great area with tables and chairs for the guests to enjoy. We had a slight issue with the fridge, but Donna got it taken care of immediately. Great communication, everything was clear. Management company was great too. Pool and beach are fantastic for a family. Saw numerous turtles! Plus we received fruits (mangos, lemons, papayas) from the grounds keepers during our stay, which was a unexpected plus. It has so much home vibes that we were able to rest and prepare home cook meals when we were on vacation. The location was very nice and it has a beach front access where you can sea turtles in the morning. Watching the sunset was perfect and just enjoying the pool was a plus. C7 was an updated and very clean, well kept unit. C7 has very basic start-up supplies ( a few rolls of toilet paper, very small co tainers of dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, 2 rolls of paper towels, very few spices, ice trays empty upon arrival), so stock up if you are staying a while with a group. If you like to cook the appliances and kitchen tools are top notch. It would be a plus to offer guests a soft, insulated cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella to use while on the island. We enjoyed the view of the pool and ocean- peeks. This is a family oriented property with simple but beautiful grounds. We came early November and were disappointed that a North swell rendered the water too choppy to snorkel in and the beach was non existent. We had to walk or drive to other nearby coves. When the Kahana Sunset cove is actually beachy, this property is hard to beat for families or those who want a quiet and serene setting away from crowds. ##### Kirsten S. Living furniture not the most comfortable but probably typical for Maui condos. Pillows good. Brand new LG washer/dryer. Beach towels, small and large cooler, and beach totes provided. Bring your own shampoo, soap, and a few extra laundry pods. Communication good. Napili shopping center near by has grocery, restaurants, and beach gear rental. Does have a longer drive to Hana, Haleakala, etc… than staying more central and that can be tiring. Overall, would recommend and stay again. ##### Sherry S.
