We picked this condo for its stunning ocean view and beach access. Those did not disappoint at all. And Vacasa seemed responsive when we messaged them. However, the building itself seems poorly maintained (a sign in the elevator rather ominously contains detailed instructions for being trapped inside), and it is LOUD. You can hear everything, everywhere in the complex above a conversational level (even splashing in the pool).
